Any news about insmod sixaxis add screen module like this (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...hlight=sixaxis) on 4.2.2 roms??Any progress so far?

Does this rom have the latest libstagefright? I ask because lewy writes in his Hybrid rom threat about an "updated libstagefright library". If not, can i just copy the libstagefright.so file from Hybrid rom to Finless rom?

Wireless Keyboard and mouse not working with 2.1 ROM on MK808B

First of all thank you Bob for all your efforts.

I just upgraded my MK808B stick from 1.7 to 2.1 ROM yesterday when the stick started giving trouble. I was using my Logitech MK400 wireless keyboard connected to the powered USB hub with 1.7 ROM.

Somehow, the powered USB hub is not recognized by the stick after installing 2.1 ROM.

If I connect the wireless mouse or keyboard through a dongle plugged into the USB port on the stick, it is working to control the programs on the stick.

Update: After connecting the USB hub through the USB port on the stick, it worked.

Need help to get MK808B Original into flash Mode

I am attempting to flash Finless ROM 2.1. I've read up to point 4 in Instructions. It is giving me the error message "No found RKAndroid rock usb". I am not clear on the following part of the instructions:

"4) YOu should see at the bottom it says "Found RKAndroid Mass Storage USB"
If it does not say that go into settings and make sure that
a) USB storage is turned ON
b) Under developer options, USB debugging is turned off"

- Are a) and b) meant to apply under Windows 7 or whatever operating system you have on your Windows Pc?

Any help appreciated.

you go to system settings, under usb section, it should say connect to pc.

before you plug in to your computer, make sure you use the paper-clip method. Attach one end of the usb cable to the android stick, leaving the other end unattached to the computer. Then, while pressing the reset button with the paper clip, attach the other end to the computer. At that point, you should hear the "usb connected" sound.

Touch screen not working on some games

Hi, first i want to thank you for the ROM

I just updated to Finless 2.1 from 1.7 since some games are not responding when using mouse, but it's still not working on 2.1. Some games from google play that not responding are Giana Sisters and M.U.S.E. and some others that i forgot.

Is this normal? or is this a disadvantage using android dongle?

Yesterday I got it to connect to the Windows PC. Windows had prompted me to load the drivers but I could not figure out how to do it through their prompting system. I ended up asking Windows to check the Windows update. I know ... mistake. I connected it again today and it did not recognize the device and automatically went searching for Windows update (my mistake yesterday coming back to haunt me).

Is there a way I can get Windows to search the directory that I want for the drivers?

Any help appreciated.

- When trying to connect to PC with paper clip option I'm now getting 3 short beeps from
Windows 7 indicating "that you cannot do this".

- I tried another PC and am at the prompt with Windows asking "Do you want to download driver software and realistic icons for your devices?"

Options are:

o Yes, do this automatically (recommended)

o No, let me choose what to do
o Always install the best driver software from Windows Update
o Install driver software from Windows Update if it is not found on my computer.
o Never install driver software from Windows Update.

[] Replace generica device icons with enhanced icons

Why should I have windows do this automatically.

The options checked off are a) No let me choose what to do, b) Never install driver software from Windows Update.

What do I do here to get what I need to get?

did you read the manual? youre supposed to install the drivers found in the zip file.

No. I did not get everything going now. I need to know how to respond to the cryptic message from windows in order to be able to load the drivers for the software, unless there is another way of loading those drivers with the program without getting WinDows involved.

Sure. When I get home tonight will be glad to do it.

I just figured out though that I can flash the new ROM through CWM from one of Leolas's posts. I might just give that method a go to avoid this Windows message problem.
