The only way I got the remote to work properly was to take the board out of the box. Did try it back in the box with the clear lens removed and remote pick up fitted close to the front as possible on worked well.
I have had heating problem also with board the box so I found a piece aluminum and super glued it the s805.
When it got too hot it would freeze and had to be rebooted.
All up for the price it's a good little box to have a play with.

I have a little problem. When i starting the Kodi application, the tv box is crashing, freezing. It needs a restart. You have any solution for this? First of all, I bought the box for using the Kodi. Thank you!

Hi suttyom I have same problem, I test a lot of kodi versions and all firmwares, i ask to inphic here and they not answer any about this problem.

Hello, Does SPMC also result in a crash?

I don't own the i5, but as Kodi runs on other S805 devices, I think they will get this resolved.

I gave this advice also in another thread check power. But beware when swapping. Check voltages and polarity are the same current can go up.

Again please inphic, on your remote mouse function, what key does emulate the right click function. eg, in Kodi/Genesis, if you have found a movie/tv show or whatever you like, you click it, and it will find all the sources of that show for you to select from. At that point, you can right click that menu, and a drop down list appears in Kodi that gives you more options. How do you do that right click on the supplied remote/mouse please?

edit...I have worked it out....the menu button acts as right click

I have also got another problem please.

Within KOdi, if it doing a download, and you walk away, and don't touch anything, the box must sense you are doing nothing, and turns itself off, stopping the download. This is no good, do others have the problem? In play mode all is ok, but no activity, it turns off...help pls...grrrr
