One thing I find weird is that when everytime I connect the data cable from the d-link h7 hub I have to the usb port of the mk802iv, the device reboots itself just like it does when I try to run antutu benchmark... Can this two issues be related?

I really do think the voltage is dropping too low, causing a reboot. i think you should try with just a basic configuration with just the power supply conected directly to the stick and usb mouse. Realisticly I could prove or disprove my theary by making a kernel that stops at 1416MHz but using the voltage of 1.8. As you say this frequency is stable, so by changing the voltage to the one of the higher clock, if it becomes unstable you have your answer

If with this kernel the device is not able to run antutu it will mean that the power adapter
is the cause of the problem, if it runs ok it's most likely that the cpu is the cause, right?
Edit: Just tested it, device rebooted at 1% on antutu benchmark... So I guess power supply is the problem. I will try to connect the psp charger directly to the device without going through the switch to see if something changes
Like I said before, the power supply I'm using is an original 5v 2000mA sony psp slim charger,
which apparently ain't enough for the mk802iv, what EU plug charger should I replace it with?Last edited by BrunoNRG; 14 July 2013, 21:52.

Finished with no problems, 18465 score, interactive governor 1920max 312min
I don't even know if it's worth to install SetCPU, and test performance governor and 1920 max / min frequency...
Edit: Well... I just tested the configuration I mentioned with SetCPU and, I have no words, but I have a photo:
I can't thank you enough Sam

I can't thank you enough Sam, but my problem still exist
like I wrote earlier about wat consumption on CPU test is more than 15W and CPU score is good but on GPU test is only 10W and score is very bad.
With Sam "my_kernel" results are the same (minimal worse). But I don't perform stability test yet - probably next week.

My Cozyswan S400/MK802VI Case Mod
Hello all. Thanks for the efforts, sharing and assistance. Has been ready and upgraded my S400 as suggested in OP. However, a few recoveries later and still unable to flash the "very extreme over clock 1080p" from Sam123. Currently I am on "720p very extreme" by Sam123, with it everything run very well but I am ready for the "very extreme over clock 1080p." Need help, do I need to include the very extreme kenel during the initial flash? By replacing the one in the NEOTV CR 1.0 Neomode Custom Rom 4.2.2? Tried just flash the kernel after initial flash but stuck at boot screen, black android with four color blinking lights.
Thought I would share my cooling solution, please see attached photos. My setup include a powered 7-ports hub, a 320 external storage, USB ethernet adapter with Logitech K400. My power hub act as a power center to all attached devices, including the blower for the case.
My Cozyswan MK809II and a CX-919 are on their way. May need your kind assistance in the near future. Onece again thanks for sharing.

please forgive me, i am new.
for sam (or anyone that may know) I have a few questions.
i have successfully rooted the s400, applied drivers correctly, now i am trying to flash with sam's kernel and i am stuck.
which tool are you using to flash the .img file provided?
is there any steps to follow for the cozyswan s400?
anytime I try RockBatchTool I get error loading the file, or no device found when I click the "switch" button, the device goes into flash mode, but i am not sure if I am missing some steps.
lol @ the heatsinks you guys are running. let's start liquid cooling it, and see how high it can go
