waw is this in all of your kernals now? or is it somthing that has to be done by you before making the kernal?

Will you upload the OC gpu kernels?! :-)

        Nice

Sam that is great, what is the standard speed (500?) isnt 800 a bit much ?

Could you make a ocerclocked kernel for the J22 ?

        720p-1.7Ghz-1200 Ram-600 gpu with frameskip fix ?

that would be the best one ever

no it is not in any of the kernels so far, I have only just finished testing. yes ,new code needs to be written in and then compiled

standard speed is 600Mhz. and as for 800Mhz being too much it works fine on my stick, and there are no other options it is either 600Mhz or 800Mhz it cannot be set any different

            Cool, great work!

Is the clock speed of GPU fixed or dynamic like the CPU?

Can the CPU run up to overclocked rates and voltages with an interactive governor?

gpu clock speed is dynamic from 133Mhz to 800Mhz

That's odd.. according to dmesg, stock inits at 396MHz, 300 during video, 0 idle/suspend (at least on mk908).
I had been dealing with custom kernel issues where they were init'ing at 300MHz (and consequently were resulting
in awful benchmarks) Or were you referring to what it SHOULD be running at stock. lol

I found in the config where to change the init to match the 720 and things run nicely now. I hadn't bothered to
O/C the DDR any further since after setting the DDR to 720 and my CPU to 1.7GHz I've been hitting Antutu benchmarks
of 18,500 and linpacks of 64 (single) and 176 (multi). I'll have to play with some higher freq's if 720 is actually meant to
                      be stock freq.

Cool news! Maybe my stick will wake up and reach 5500 in antutu if not I will RMA it. Can we expect new kernel in this week? Regards!

Does the GPU have dedicated RAM or share system RAM?

If system RAM is shared, how many megabits of system RAM is assigned to the GPU?

in stock board-rk3188-box.c it is 360Mhz NORMAL FREQ. DDR Stands for "Double Data Rate." . 360Mhz x2 = 720Mhz https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR_SDRAM
