The ports are exactly the same.
Just substitute the firmware file from here, previous posts also contain a mega link for the firmware.
Someone suggested to use it in the "Download Image" tab and then in "Recovery" row.

You use the 1st tab screen to flash separate partitions like recovery.img's or TWRP.

There is just a big problem with slowness/lagging because the specific hardware is not correctly identified.
I hope I'll be able to identify the problem.
After that there is still a lot of fixes and improvements to add that are missing compared to Lollipop.

I finally got to fix the slow motion of the firmware.
It was running at 13000 Antutu score which means something serious was wrong.
Now I got it to run at 43120 Antutu score after changing and adding a lot of drivers.
Kodi video playback is very broken on other RK3368 MM firmwares, so I have to fix that first.
There is still a lot of missing things like a power button, IR remote not working and extra menu settings missing that I will try to add in the next few days.
On other MM firmwares all the USB ports also don't work, which is also fixed now.

If the firmware is used on a non HPH NT-V8 or UT4 RK3368 device then there will be problems with the power since these devices use completely different power chips and drivers than other RK3368's.Â
In most cases short press the power button makes it sleep.
Long press the power button then you can power it off completely, then you need to use the hardware power button to turn it back on.
But I'll just check the sleep setting in Marshmallow and how it works.

Marshmallow firmware is almost finished.
Just need to fix the IR remote not working, an airmouse works.
Video playback is really great in NTMC/RKMC.
Pass-through should also work in Kodi 17(but recommended to use NTMC/RKMC as it has more features)
Netflix audio is in sync now.
Device runs fast and the firmware is real 64-bit, so 64-bit apps should be able to be installed.
Higher Antutu score(44200) than S912 devices.
