i found it.Thanks.Can i download LeHome Assistant somewhere else ?

What means pass-through ? Optical wire direct connected to the Box ? and changing Audio output to pass-through ? But i only have 3.1 Center/Bass/L/R .

It works from the same wifi network to control a tv box.
You can move your phone around in the air to control, press buttons in the app or touch and draw in the app to control the tv box.

Pass-through, it means using a 5.1 or 7.1 sound system that works with an HDMI cable(Then you select HDMI Bitstream in Android Sound Settings).
It can also work with 5.1 Optical cable connected to the SPDIF port at the back of the tv box(Then you select SPDIF in Android Sound Settings).
If just using normal tv speakers then leave Android Sound Settings on 'Default'.

To help with Google apps not downloading, you can turn wifi on/off or restart the device, sometimes Google apps do cause problems.

I am still struggling to get my steaming working from my local satellite provider. I finally think I found the problem, but I need some assistance. It seems a library is missing:

The file should be (as far as I can se) in /system/vendor/lib/
The filename is: liboemcrypto.so

Do you perhaps have a tv box running KitKat firmware or an old cellphone/tablet running KitKat(a different device, non Rockchip could also help)?
You can just check if you see that file in some KitKat firmware perhaps.
For some reason KitKat is a lot more compatible with streaming apps.
But the only devices I know that has KitKat firmware are RK3288 & RK3229 tv boxes(but some RK3229 also seems to come with Lollipop now).
RK3368 devices came direct with Lollipop and it was no use to backport KitKat to it, the same with new RK3399 devices they will come with Marshmallow and no backported firmware.
If someone can provide syslog files(app is on the Play Store) for both KitKat firmware where it works and Lollipop firmware where it doesn't work, the logs can be compared and the differences might help to see what causes the problem.
I will also see if I can get some Marshmallow firmware working for testing with streaming apps, it might be a lot more compatible or have the same problems, but it will take a while to do.
If the same streaming apps don't work on Marshmallow then it must be the providers of the streaming apps that are too lazy to update their apps to work properly.

I tried several audio formats with modifed 1.5c firmware from Mo123 and the results were very good. DTS:X is working very well too. I added a file with all the results of my tests.

i flashed your Rom on my UT4,but can not install one App from SdCard always Parsing Error pops up.
I even format the SDCard too,still the same.USB Device was unexpectly removed after unmount and
always says SDCard removed[Bug on every 5.1Rom i flashed] even the read error bug if you open up
the RKFileexplorer exist again.Before i had the same Parsing bug on 1.1.3 from Ugoos.

I hope it can be fixed.

I forgot installing from USBDevice works well.
I saw milchmann had nearly the same problems so it must be a Bug.

... we really should be able to track this sd card problem down.
I haven't reproduced this issue on any of my firmwares, which means it's not generalized to LL sources. When did the issue begin to be reported?

Tonight i flashed back to 1.1.2 to test the SDCard Bug and it still exist.I made 2 Screenshot's upload them later.

But now something different if i power up with 1.1.3 & 1.1.2 the blue LED always blinks irregular,with your Rom not.

on the first use of Fileexplorer internal Storage says "Read Error" and i tried to copy 2Screenshot's to the SDCard

"Read Acess denied" poped up.My SDCards are from EMTEC / Class 10 / 16/32GB.

I see I don't pick up the SDCard on my firmware and on Ugoos firmware it doesn't work correct.
I will need some time to do some tests.

Try IEC Pass-through setting in Audio Settings of SPMC, if not working try RAW Pass-through.

i tried it different ways,format with Windows,SDFormatter v4,and increment update from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3.
There must be a Bug with SDCard i thing there are other Users too.Here are the Screenshots :
