Man, nicely done, props for buiding your own ROM and sharing...
The thing is, i tried everything, and i can't get the USB Burning tool to recognize the QBox...
I am using Win10, downloaded the USB Burning tool you provided, unchecked the temp, toothpick, USB in inner port, power, and still nothing...
Any help?

try this usb burning tool, latest, v2.0.8

Stiller thesaurus AML oficial USB Burnett doesn't recognise thesaurus qbox...i am using an USB 3.0 superspeed cable from Logilink, 3m long. Tried on all 4 ports (2×2.0 2x3.0) and still nothing...
Do you recon it might be the cable? Anyway, can someone help on how to flash the custom rom via sd?

While holding the reset button with a toothpick, plug in USB cable and immediately plug in the power cable, in that order. You may want to have both cables in your hand ready to go. Must be a very short delay between plugging the cables in. This worked for me.

EDIT: is as using a USB 3 cable as well.

Yes you can do it by sd, just get the stock rom and change the img and rename my rom to match the name of the stock rom (filename) and create the sdcard.
I think inside the stock rom are instructions how to create the sdcard....

He make magic. I kinda miss the stock boot animation. Damn. Supercelerons is good to but i just sat and watched that boot animation for a minute.

It worked on the first try. My Setup: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, USB 3.0 port and USB 3.0 A to A cable (delivers enough power, no need for the power supply).

I tried to install the stock launcher, but it didn't solve anything (remote hotkeys) ex. The button and all the settings hot keys, neither solved changing the led light.

I know you don't care much for the remote, but I think many people do, I only got the default remote, if you come around it, maybe you can take a look to see if it can become working ?
