I would NOT flash it just for a Netflix problem. That's a totally different issue that re-flashing will not fix. If there's no sound sync delays in other programs then it's the Netflix app you need to fix, not the entire box.

when i used the zip file you linked or changed the .img to .zip that's the screen i get.........

Hello, I don't own this box. I did not see where zenix said to change the name from zip to img.

I would suggest leaving the file as a zip. That is usually what Rockchip OTA update files are.

The only way to have Netflix in sync on Scishion is to use KitKat firmware I'm afraid.
Lollipop has sync problems for lots of apps and Marshmallow also fix it but then brake Google Play and remove pass-through support.
