I would like to know if somebody have the same problem than me,
With original firmware, Youtube doesn't work, any videos withe ads (Almost each) freeze before first motion, I'm obliged to install OGyoutube (alternative player) to read, but It's not advisable to log into my account, if Youtube realizes it, the account can easily be deleted.

I thought it came from the original Firmware, but after installing the V9, I still have this problem.
Am I the only one ?
Do you know where this may come from?

PS : I have the 3gb/16 version

I'm using the "ultimate dynamic navbar" app, UDN for short... it's customizable and you can hide and show it. It's the best solution I have found without having to jump through a lot of hoops. There is a free and pro version.

I will say I'm an android firmware noob.. but I'm pretty good at picking things up quick. I've been able to flash the .zip file and update the x92 that I have, great! But, now the inner tinkerer in me wants to see what else I can do - I'd like to repack the firmware with a new launcher and boot image. I can do that on the software side no problem with google play store apps, but I was curious what I needed to do to make a change like that in the firmware?

AM using v9 firmware, it wrks great. Am facing some issues with read/write access to external hdd.
I use meizzu as a video library, am unable to add my external hdd from mizzu, looks like its an issue with android MM, is there a way to over comer this ?
I dont want to use kodi/smpc, is there any alternate to mezuu app ?

there is a OTA2GB.apk in https://cloud.mail.ru/public/BSZK/vXbdv782A, will this work w/o any issue for X92 2GB model ?
Am using V9 mod of yours, does OTA2GB.apk is already present in v9 mod ?

So,
if you want using ota update,you will need edit file: system/build.prop
1.Open file with text file editor app for android (in Play Market,search and install "Quick Edit")
2.Edit line,and save file "ro.ota.version=1.0.9"
3.Copy file for your device version (OTA_2GB.apk or OTA_3GB.apk) in system/app/OTA/Your version file.apk
3.Reboot device and you will see small information window for update.

I recommended installing firmware with wipe data/cache

SAMDE, thanks for the info will copy ota2gb apk and see how it goes.
BTW, for mizzu app(movie library scrapper), i cannot add the external storage hdd, in add source i see /storage/emulated/0, but my hdd is /storage/udisk0 . i get coudnt change the folder error .

Can anybody please confirm that their X92 youtube app has support for 4K? I got 4K tv (note:without native VP9/10 support, hence I was hoping that through this box I'll be able to enjoy 4K) but the only resolution I can select in youtube is 1080p. Kodi can stream 4K with no problems however.
