X92 TV Box S912, Android 6, 3/16GB, Dual WiFi, Gig Lan

I use sometimes Terrarium TV and play it through SPMC.. With 6.0.1 and the Auto Frame Rate Fix apk everything plays great at the correct frame rate when I check the TV's info. I couldn't get it to do that with 7.1.2. Perhaps the version you have used has been fixed? Have you checked on the TV that things that should be displayed at 24Hz, 50Hz & 60Hz are doing so via the TV's info? 24Hz played at 60Hz doesn't look too bad yet far from ideal, but 50Hz played at 60Hz is horrible. The only good thing about the display is that you know it's powered up. Sometimes mine doesn't turn on first time as the IR receiver on the X92 is not great - even with a much better universal remote.

I switched back to sambe's 6.0 Rom. The 7.1.2 just was too buggy. It would freeze up after being on for a day. It was so close to being good.

Good Day Everyone,

I purchased my x92 3g/32g and it runs great when playing games and anything else. After a day or less though, it will just freeze and any audio playing will repeat in an annoying glitch fashion. It happens in most apps or even when the TV box is idle on the home screen. I found that doing a factory reset of the box alleviates the issue for a few days but it quickly returns after using the box for a couple days. My Android version is 6.01, build number: 20161026, and ota version 1.0.5. Could this be due to me running an older firmware version?

Finally fix my issue with the broken wifi.. by purchasing a mini router with AP mode.

another issue came up now.. my box 3/16g can not play youtube.. after i upgrade the youtube app.. it seems can only play with an elder version?

I meant the 2015 version youtube for x92 is worked, but not any updated one.. I am afraid google will stop supporting old version youtube anymore, then my x92 will be just like a piece of brick then.. since i only use it for watching youtube..

There is a YouTube for android Tv, which is the latest and current version. Nothing to worry.

I meant the x92 i got, it has a 2015 version youtube which is working. but once i update the youtube app, it will stop working anymore. you can open up youtube app, but you can not play the video..

I think this is a Kodi/SPMC bug.

As far as I know the latest tv version is 2.01.04. In the link you mentioned the version is double digit 10.43.60, that appears to be for phones.
