          Heya,

Popped open case a few days ago. Ran Antutu benches....43 000 ish, measured temp of heatsink tops at 62°C. I placed a fan(1606KL-04W-B40) directly on top of heat sink...wired to a 9V battery.
Heatsink surface temps stayed at 22°C. the entire time. Alas, Antutu test scores did not benefit nor was there any appreciable visual benefit.
          * I took note that the ram chips, power circuits...and possibly wifi (20°C.ish), all topped around 32°C. under Antutu testing.

          Reap

Thanks for the heads up. Do you know of any other way to fix dark screen issue on H96pro+ with DDR4?

What about the PPE05-075E F1620, and on the other side of the PCB two chips labeled 6RB77 D9TBK (next to these chips there are written MAIN DDR4 on th PCB)?

I have a H96pro+ here, it seem to have different board version from TS. He is having V2.2 and I'm having V3.

Anyone have similar board with ram and EMMC flashed with superceleron.

                    Try this app

After apply fix, must reboot to check if it workable or not.

For me it is working and i also used solid explorer to give permission to write. It work for external sdcard but not for ext. Hdd, thus I used sdcard fix from link above to solve it.

Thanks for the reply but it didn't work for me. When I checked platform.xml, read and write is already enabled for media.

I have H96 pro plus 3g/32 ddr3 ,gz for the threat, really helps (need to find time toread it all although).
I have it 3 weeks with stock rom and i want to write my experience.Kodi is darker in movies than smpc so i use both depending from the film, no problem at all from both programs. My internet speed have max 7 mbps, and can play easily 1080,3d, even some 4k i tried, games are awesome without lag at all.I download remoteime for usingwith box and kore using with kodi. As a conclusion im very satisfied with the box ,only cons are kodi is dark(but read some solutions that i will try them) and hdmi port is too sensitive, if you touch it some strange noice from the tv hearing and screen flashes).

Hi all, I got my Alfawise H96 Pro + few days ago, worked few hours with out any issues but later started getting dots on the screen (Lot of graphics artifacts). It goes away when I tap the box or when I press the top of the box applying a bit of pressure. Seems like a lose connection to me, but can anyone please advise on what should I be looking for on opening the box? Gearbest didn't help me much and are asking me to pay 30$ for shipping a new one and I rater try and fix this one than paying almost half of the price for replacement. Any help is greatly appreciated!

In the start i replaced the original hdmi with a longer and better cable but when i tried to move a little the box or some other times without do anything, same dots appeared and a annoyed sound too, last 10 days i put again the original hdmi and only one time dots appeared after many many hours played.i discovered that hdmi port(at least mine) is too sensitive maybe for that are the dots came.
