well if you enable expert settings, in video/playback there are two options - enable libstagefright and enable mediacodec.

but gotham alpha 8 doesn't contain mediacodec yet, so it's good to go.

Hmm, maybe you could tell us some details?

Your question is useless in this form.

Yes, when i connect the K-r42 to my computer it is not recognized. I am using the OTG port on the box and the usb port on my computer. All i get in the device manager is "unknown device" and a yellow exclamation mark beside it. I tried disabling and re-enabling the usb ports but still not working. Any one else have thisproblem. Its a Dell laptop with windows 7. Thanks.

How do I set the screen to stay right on the edge of the tv when using AV mode for CRT TVs?

When I use HDMI on LCD TV is all right, but when AV use in CRT TV, the TV cuts a little side = (

I think screen scale only has to hdmi =(

installed this 3.2 beta firmware on "K-R42 - Rev 2.1 - 31.05.2013" but ethernet has packet loss issues. which kernel to use to resolve? I did install several already but if it resolves the ethernet lan issue than it reduces the cpu to 1400 Mhz... would be great to just have this same kernel build into the firmware including the ethernet fix. how could i apply the ethernet packet loss fix manually to the existing kernel?

                              Look at my signature.
The best way is HFW with wasser new rev kernel.
Yes cpu is limited to 1.4GHz but video playback is nearly smooth even on heavy 1080p h264 mkv...

I have tried that already without the same good results that you are describing. I will stick to Wifi with this 3.2 beta for now. Looking forward to a new rev kernel which includes default cpu clocks or even slight OC including working ethernet. Wifi is ok for now so I will just wait...

Ans thanks to all developers for your efforts in making us more happy :-)
