Of course I edit file in init.d folder for my configuration. Bad yesterday - unfortunately didn’t mount. I dont’t change configuration so it is very strange.

I tried several times to mount samba shares on boot with 2.0.3 firmware, but I couldn´t. So, meanwhile I'm mounting the resourses using a terminal and typing "busybox mount-t cifs //myip/folder /mnt/Samba_1 -o username=guest,password=".

Hello Wasser,

I downloaded the Kernal and flashed it with Finless tool ...

And NOW I get a Menu with the CWM-recovery boot list ...

I have Never Used this before ...
Can You tell me how to Use this ... thank You

i uploaded my new cwm-recovery.img with the correct kernel. The new one supports not ony vfat but also ext4/ntfs for external_sd.

Lewy, the cwm-recovery.img, included in 2.0.x, hat wrong kernel! you should please use this one in your next rom.

cwm-recovery.img contains not only kernel. It is recovery partition with ClockWorkMod software. To find out how to use it search with Google. You must flash it into appropriate partition called "recovery" not where working kernel is.


Now you must flash proper kernel again.


As for NTFS USB drive it should work in R/W mode with almost any kernel compiled by wasser for K-R42 because there is Fuse agent build into them.

I'm "investigating" this right now .


Short term solution would be to copy WLAN MAC.
But check first if it isn't randomly generated or rather I suppose it is read from not properly initiated memory like LAN MAC (at 0x10204000) RK29xx style. In RK30xx chips it should be read from GPIO pins and not SRAM.

with 2.0.4 when we mount a hdd to it, will it directly share it on network? or we still need to use samba file sharing or alike programs, any configration?

also for xbox360 , which games will we be able to use analog stick?
