1) i cannot reproduce the random shutdown in k-r42, it could be that the hardware is not 100% identical
2) it doesn't work correct because the ir remote is not the same from r-k42, it could be that the driver is not included in my kernel. Does any key from your ir remote work?

@wasser here is the link for the latest stock ROM for CS918 without any problem with the IR remote controller, hope you can incorporate this function into your kernel.

@Lewy20041 Here is the link for latest stock ROM for CS918. For your info The IR remote controller in this ROM is working great. Hope that you can import this features to your latest rom.

next ver will have cwm recovery out of the box for thouse interesed(i was a litle to rash with uploading 2.0.2 and forgot to add it so it will come in next update)

CS918 = loving this rom - so far it is the best one I've used, fast, stable, all works (other than the few audio issues I have ongoingly and loads of the usual xbmc script errors)

I use 2.0.2 firmware on R-K42. XBMC alpha 7 work good. I mount samba share on boot (it works fine). So far it is the best soft for this box. Thanks a lot.
