i think we attempt 2nd option first one is fail nothing happen, so now i tried to open a box, but i dont have soldering? and 2nd i didnot open before even not seen these box before. so i tried to open

As Seen on the PCB there are no such Pins to short to get maskrom:
more information needed about this type of chip.

i have no idea first of all how do i open a box , i cant c any screw. if i open a box i can send pictures

No Screw just Pops off the Bottom part of Unit...

to upload a Picture you must use a Page like that :

press "Datei auswählen" = "choose Picture"

if you can see the Picture in the Frame ,

press "Upload"

wait till ready on the following Page take the first Link

"Link zum Bild" and post it here .

Please use as possible good light and a nearby Picture ,

that all is clear to see .

Before i always toke another Pictureuploader with Links

that you can put it in Threads like here , you already saw

it here many Times i think , but this Page does not work

anymore .

Sorry i now see Trebors Picture , but i already saw a "short

pin" with this kind of soldered Chips somewhere here .

My UT3 has two golden small round plates in front of the

Nand they can used for short pins , something similar exist

on this PCB i think , too . Some RK Pipo Tablets you not even

need to short pins because there is a "pressing Buttons"

Method . I am not sure but i think i saw a way to "circuit"

??? on the new 3399 Raspi or similar . have to search .

if you have tried this then ignore this post ...have you tried a usb c cable i bought 2 for my rk3399 both work great much better than standard usb to usb 3 port cables which seem to work when they feel like it, h96 is not my box but the ports look the same

you need to remove the 3 screws to see the Top of the Board

Also @atiq33 in your last photo the screw in the bottom right corner is in the wrong hole ... Mine also came like this
move the screw to the hole with the white circle around it and it will connect to the box

thanks, uhhh my GOD Iits all working same as before .. i done play with open box, and touch with metal screw driver , its all works okay as before.. but main cause are still there no sound ?

my h96 i just checked about. 7.1.2. h96 max. i also checked with my andriod sony 4k tv. and samsung normal tv and other sony normal smart tv on all three tv NO SOUND. aslo i format through normal and and erase all to factory setting. but still no sound . when its pass MAXBOX SCREEN i can hear sound and only few sec when i scroll app can hear tik tik sound and thats all no sound at all?
