2.0.4 is based on 005 minix firmware.
could you test if minix firmware is working for you?

Any updates on this? Do you need testers? Running 2.0.3 on my t428 with latest molle kernel. Working great, occasionally will freeze up though. Would like to see the junk info cleaned up in the status bar though...

Hi all, for me, the android dongles are just for smart TV (for MEDIA PLAYER 1080p used BOX ANDROID ).

with my Tronsmart T428, best ROM for me is ( T428_HFW_1.2.0_Final_720p ) :

News version "ANTUTU BENCHMARK X EDITOR" = 20391


SKYPE TV = OK ( video and micro )

Streaming video in 720p = perfect

Wifi display ( airplay ) = ok ( with galaxy note II android 4.2, V. OMEGA )

voice command with "Angie-Beta-Assistant-Vocal-Fr-1.0.7.apk" = perfect

Media player (720p), radio internet, audio player, game, XBMC, Replay ...


This is a little PC, in your ( SMART TV ).

I tried many ROMs and combination with kernel, but for me it works 100% is the ROM :

The Rom works well, no reboot, video ok, ..., but it is still in beta "ex: the camera does not function ...".

is what you go create a new ROM with the kernel of phanderson ( 09-21-2013 ) ?

I have some observations:
Logitech C170 web cam is not working.If I use another kernel works webcam (jjhmod).
Most widgets do not work as before with other ROMs worked.
Eg: Android Weather, HD Widgets, Master Cleaning ...

2.0.3 running great on my mk908, with a seprate kernel i compiled from sams kernel source. Wifi, bluetooth etc all working. Everything is feeling smoother from the previous rom. Keep up the great work lewy!

i just found a thread called "***UPDATES*** ", they say the minix x7 is the same inside with the T428 (except Ethernet and IR which the T428 has not) and they flashed the X7 firmware and it works without changing any file (kernel...etc.). even bluetooth and wifi works!!!

maybe that is why the T428 is kinda slow in new rom releases these days.....
