    Thanks a lot, harpy.eagle!

Installed that ROM, but it appears to be slow too. Quite surprising. It was working well before I flashed it. Weird.

Are you absolutely sure? If I shut down without disconnecting power, within a few minutes the qx1 will start back up.

Well, I didn't wait for a few minutes. But in release 14, it used to immediately start up again. Then if I shut down again, it will stay off. I flashed 14 again and now I dont see it. You could try flashing again too.

Edit: I used the 1080p OCed kernel both times, BTW.

I've flashed about 6 times now, trying to study the bluetooth issues. If you wouldnt mind, next time you shut down wait a couple minutes before removing the power cable. Let me know if it boots up on its own.

Hey guys, I was wondering if these devices (with the new kernal and roms) support touchscreen? I'm very excited about this device and the updates that I've read in this thread, but would like to find a pretty simple solution to add a 5-wire resistive USB touch panel. It'd be great if we had that functionality.

Also, I am curious if there is support for USB sound cards. The reason I ask is because I want to have analog audio output to speakers (not through HDMI), and the monitors I am looking at do not have an analog audio passthrough output.

            Thanks in advance for info!

Edit: Spent some time reading more threads. It looks like Bob already incorperated the USB audio: http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...ll=1#post85046.

              Hi Bob, Leolas,

What is this fix they are talking about? Is this already included in your rom or kernel? Can it be included in the kernel?

thanks and keep up the good work!

              cheers!

                Bricked QX-1

So my QX-1 running finless 1.5 froze on me, and now my computer doesn't recognize the device what so ever. I've uninstalled all drivers to start fresh, and my PC can't see the device so I can re-install the drivers. I've tried flash mood as well to no avail. Please help.

Guys... Via some webshop-page in the Netherlands, I came across this post about the micro stutter in highres movies...

"I have the same device and I was able to fix the video stuttering after reading a thread by Trollgeir who suggested plugging the power cable directly into the usb otg slot instead of the DC slot. I did this and it works great now.

I am having trouble playing Netflix videos though. It's showing a double image with horizontal lines but the video has no problem buffering. Has anyone else experienced problems with Netflix on this or other similar devices?
                  Thanks!
lol.. wtf.. it did fixed the stuttering issue. kudos to Trollgeir"

Guys... Via some webshop in the Netherlands, I came across this post about the micro stutter in highres movies... Could this work? And is there a possibility to power the device with 2 amps via a usb hub? Or do you need a 2 amp powered usb hub then?

Or could it be fixed by altering the kernel?

                  Bob, Leolas, any idea?

I cant see any shutter with sam321 or phjanderson fix with mxplayer or stock player. About Netflix, sorry but I can't help because I don't use it.

Hi bob, leolas and all helpers. Obviously you guys have lives and things to do other than support the QX1. Just wondering if there is a 1.6 on the way or if this is it finished with now? If there's anything I can do to help test things?

                      Thanks.

Bob is working on it (I saw it in other post), yesterday I released a new set of kernels for QX1, I solved some problems I had with power off and reboot in my new Rom so soon I will release a leolas Rom 1.2, but actually I am more focused in make cwm recovery for the other rk3188 sticks and making cwm zips so people can change any Rom without pc.

Edit cwm to install to exterbal, so we can use two memory cards and change roms faster

I dont understand well, do you mean install roms in external sd? If is it, sorry, but I don't have any clue of how do that, bootloader must me hacked to do that.

                              Display glitches

                              Hi all,
There are some display glitches from my imito QX1. In 3D Games, there are artifacts all over the places, in desktop mode, their are pixels that flicker, especially in the text. Some pixels aren't the right color all over the place, the on screen key board is all messy...

Does any knows if that is a common bug that could be fixed with a Firmware upgrade, or is that simply a defective unit?

                              Thanks!
