I Erase NAND (IDB) and it counted to 2048 and it said erase success
I waited 5 minutes after it flashed.

Sometimes, it will go to the desktop then reboot, most of the time it just keeps rebooting at the Finless screen. Thanks for your help.
What kind of adapter do you use? 1 amp, 2 amp? Did you flash the sys.img? do you have any other devices connected to your stick?

    So your flashing order is:
    - erase idb and wait for a few minutes?
    - flash boot image, kernel, system
    - disconnect and plug it in?

Have you tried to re-download the zip file. If the file is corrupt (md5 checksum not okay), sometimes the rom doesn't get flashed right.

Is this with every rom, or just with this one?

With leolas and finless rom it gave problem while with stock rom it didnt.
I have exactly the same problem. Blank Internal Flash, since i've flashed the custom roms, i've flashed a couple of them, so i'm not sure which one exactly has cause this

I get the same error with both Finless roms and the Leolas kernel. BUT it doesn't happen if usb devices are already connected when I power on the QX1. If it happens, power down and then reconnect the power cable.

Adapter? The one that came with the unit. I do not use a power adapter when I flash the unit. I have tried other ROMs same result. It keeps rebooting, sometimes it goes to the desktop, I can click around then reboots. I get 4 penguins in the top left corner of the screen when it reboots. I have tried flashing on another computer as well.

I think your problem is the power adapter. Try another usb charger above 2 amps. The one that it ships with is not very good and I've never used it.

Since it happens to all roms, the adapter just might be the culprit. If it's a 1 amp adapter, replace it. I've got a 2 amp power adapter when I got mine, and the device really needs the power. That's why I asked if you have any perphirals attached to your device when booting (like a usb hard drive without it's own power supply)... You could try to take them out before booting up your device.

Try to go back to the rom that came with the stick. If the reboot still happens, then it just might be a broken stick.

much easier solution: go to settings / storage / click mount internal...

                      Hello guys,

Has anyone tried this on a Ipegtop A2, which seams to be one OEM production/clone of qx-1? I have one and was wondering if is there anyone with experience with flashing it or if is there anyway to be sure this rom will work on it!?

You were right! It works, thank you. I was using the power off the usb behind the flat screen (don't laugh). When I used the power supply it resolved the issue. One more question. I did not buy the external antenna and notice the wireless is weak. Will that improve the reception? Is there alternatives so I don't have to wait for a month before I get it delived from China? Again, I appreciate your expertise.

Have just tried this on my IPEGTOP A2 and it worked just fine, although I keep getting a really poor wifi signal! Thank you!

Wifi with external antenna is good, in fact a lot better than the internal antenna. Better to connect it with an USB to UTP connector. Costs like 5 bucks...

It'd be great if we had that functionality.
                              Any update on this?

When should we expect a SDK2 rom for QX1?
I noticed others port minix 7 firmware to tronsmart devices.
