I'm not too impressed with my Antutu score in HD...only 17108. It may be because of what all I have loaded. I'll do some further testing

Got quite a big problem here guys.

Currently using 1.2 and im pretty sure its the 3g version i installed. Anyway ive got no phone icon on apps menu. Even after doing a factory reset i still have no phone icon on the apps menu.

Ive just tried my sim card in this tablet for the first time ever. Theres no recognition of the sim card even if i reboot. The only thing to indicate its seeing my sim is that when i go into settings i go to wireless & networks>more and under mobile networks i can see it is actually detecting my mobile internet which if vfinternet.au.

But apart from that i dont know how to connect to the internet using my 3g.

I can't even call out because i have no phone icon along with no text messaging icon.

Makes me think maybe i did install the wifi version by accident? But im 99% sure i didnt.

pls help guys.

As far as I know you CANNOT make calls nor send SMS with the M6/M6Pro.
The only thing the SIM card is able to do is make a 3G connection for internet.

Aaah ok! i didnt know that!

So theres no microphone built in then? Which rules out using skype i suppose?

Nope,...mic is there...skype is possible and working.
I guess they left out the logic to make phone calls....i'm not shure why but they did....
