What the difference from the v1.2.1 to v1.2.2? Is it only thing changed is finless 1.7 to 1.8 FW you use for this FW.
It would surely be nice to have a change log and added feature list with the FWs you make ;-).... Else keep up the great work.

File types and Add Ons setup with justXBMC 1.2.2

Firstly, thanks Lewy for a great ROM. The principal of justXBMC is exactly what I want from my X7.

I've just posted my findings using v1.2.2 with a combination of video file types here.

I just need to sort the following (which are in order of pain) and this ROM should be perfect for me:

1. Some file types (.wtv and .m2ts) play with MXPlayer but NOT within XBMC - can I easily swap out the standard player for MXPlayer within XBMC to avoid having to drop into the MXPlayer browser?
2. Add ons repository seems empty although all repos’s enabled (so unable to install Universal Movie Scraper)?? Am I missing something here?
3. Sound output defaults to A2 on every reboot - any known fixes?

Does V1.2.2. also comes with the option to change to expert and advanced level user settings?
I still can't get ZeroConf to work without the GUI (i've even changed the guisettings and advanced settings.xml files)

set up 1.2.2 last night and it works great best rom ive had running on the minix,only hickup ive had is xbmc jumping back to the main menu while watching content,
i forgot to say on 1.2.1 the official bittorrent app would crash the system,havent tryed on 1.2.2 yet though.

V1.2.2 - experiences

Impatient as i was, i decided to give 1.2.2 a try, but now i can't get out of XBMC; selecting 'exit' in XBMC instantly restarts XBMC again. That is a real pitty because i have to set the sound device to 'passthrough'. Is there any solution for this?
Also, i still haven't found a way to enable zeroconf.

1.2.2 does seems to be even slightly snappier though!

edit the advancedsettings in folder /data/data/tv.ouya.xbmc/ and look thru the folders for system folder its there but i dont remember exact path. hope it helps

Ignore that, it's working again now (e.g. I can install Add-Ons). I was unable to download XBMC directly this morning of the XBMC mirrors so looks like a general server issue on their side causing the problem.

Im feeling stupid right now!

oohhh man i never had that much Problems Flashing a new FW first i cant get my damn PC to find my X7.. Now i have flashed it and when it boots first time i have to pick launcher no XBMC or anything it has the crappy once Minix Provide nothing else... then i go look for XBMC i cant find it at all... so now im feeling abit stupid since i though i had installed justXBMC?`what have i done wrong?

Aditional Things!

well since im waiting for some answers i have been trying to get the things going on the Apps Side of things since I dont know what else to do and i run into a few Problems.
1: No Root
2: Device Is Spoofed to something some apps isnt supported!
3: Alot of Bloat like Gmail, Calendar, Hangout, Minix Launchers and so on.
4: dont seem to be any Build.prop support
5: Someone Said the new and Improved NETFLIX would be in the FW cant find that eigther.
6: and still no XBMC for some reason. So how can it be a JustXBMC without it?

as it dont looks like my firmware at all;p
please take a screenshot of what you have on screen so i can help further.
