Mouse pointer in click point is not at the top of the arrow

I am running this marvelous Wasser rom with my old revision, with no major issues. Overlay disabled, and FullHD configured with 1.8GHz overclock kernel.

My minor issue is with the mouse arrow, as the active spot is not at the top of it, but somewhere 1/3 from the top and to the right. As I am using it mostly to terminal into my Windows machine it is a bit inconvenient. I can live with it but if there is a quick fix then it is more than welcomed. If it was already asked I am sorry for missing it, but tried to read the whole forum before, maybe lost track of the page where I left..

k-r42 is the non-Bluetooth version of the box.
the version with Bluetooth is called t-r42.

On version 124 lan now at half speed of what it was on v123. Wifi speed ok.
