Recovery from 1.6 flashed fine

Hey Finless, am I dumb or is there not a way to initiate a nandroid backup using the recovery from 1.6?



I see wipe, update and reboot...

EDIT: Turns out not dumb as such, but for interested parties see this thread about installing cwm on neo x7 for the process to get full cwm installed to do backups and so forth.

NFS support.

And yes the new recovery uses the same 007 kernel.

For those that want a small desktop and status bar like previous 1080P.
Use ES File explorer.
open /system/build.prop
edit it and change:
ro.sf.lcd_density=160
reboot

It is set to 240 which gives the "look" of 720P.

200 seems ideal people, gotta say it was way to small back at 006c and way to huge at 007. Sitting 3m away from my 40" LED, this seems to be the best fit.

Prior to this ROM Minix stock ROM would not work with some GameLoft games. I always had to patch their ROMs to make them work. Minix asked me how to do it about a month ago and now they are putting it in their ROMs. So yes this ROM works with Gameloft games.

One question. I haven't modded any LCD density, is this rom going to output my 1080p movies correctly with XBMC (13.0 Nightly)? XBMC reads 1920x1080 as its resolution, so I think it will be ok, but a word from the father of this awesome ROM would be gold..

Yes it is a true 1080 kernel so yes it will play 1080 movies at real 1080P not up scaled.
