Minix Neo X7 - Finless 1.8 ROM

Hi Guys I don't what I am doing wrong here after flashing this rom nothing happening I have reflashed more than 3 times but no joy can u please help me ??

Hi All,

Just wondering:
1) If I flash to this ROM, can I flash back to stock Minix X7 ROM?
2) Can I flash on top of any Minix X7 version ROM (I am currently using the latest 8th release 010)

Going to try this ROM now that Sixaxis can be used Which kernel do people here use? Is there noticeable performance loss with 1080p vs 720p?

Using Finless 1.6 720p now doing mainly video playback, surfing and N64-emulator.

Bob, I;m getting lines of green flashing squares with this rom and only in certain menus. Unfortunately, it's also in XBMC, which is my main use for the x7. Any ideas? I've factory reset and changed HDMI cable etc so def hardware/rom related.

Same issue here, green horizontal flickering lines, but not all the time. Also in settings menu.

i can see that this is an issue on some minix so ive tried to find a soultion.
all i can say is that many other people also have the same issue although they are running xbmc on windows.
okokok,its windows,BUT every issue on windows has been solved.
the peole had to disable hardwareacceleration
so my thought is that it maybe has to do with hardwareacceleration ??
in windows the users had to disable dxva2

maybe try to disable ALL hardwareacceleration and see if the green squares are gone.
tell us if its working ok?
we have to solve that ^^

I don't, you need to read better. The word "could" was used.....

it sounds like you heared some info there is a 1.9 coming soon.

thereby you brag another time with some lines about how
curious you are what it will look like and how it will work..

As if you know 1.9 is already made and almost will be released...
but no problem.

the same as you I hope bob will make a new finless rom 1.9 or even a 2.0
i hope he will use 4.4.2 as base, this will make the x7 amazingly fast.
i run now the nitro v3 rom it is 4.4.2 and the box is amazing fast.
even without overlock it makes 220+ in linpack.
in 4.2.2 it was around 160.

I have the 1.8 rom finless the neo minix x7 and I 3d visualization problems. The problem I have is that it does not block the image fine when I put a 3d movie goes a bit distorted and that movie to another device (raspberry) works well. I've tried several 3D movies it goes just as bad but not 1080p 3d movies work well. I've seen you with minix x7 and finless 1.8 will work well the 3d movies that have cunfigurado? from the cores need to install it?
