Hey! Looks like the lack o'power for ethernet adapter via HDMI dongle's host port. I think that using self-powered USB HUB will solve your issue.

Got my mk809 iii couple of days ago and been trying it out with stock so far so good apart from
screen flickering which isnt related to video playback it happens in menus etc as well.

Came installed with 4.2.2

Think this ROM could solve my issues?

well, i had my new one sent yesterday as my other one had no hdmi out after flashing, but it would flash no problem which was very strange.

I have used the 1.9a version with original kernel in the zip file, and it works fine, but a few problems i have.

1. If i set to 1080p i get faint intermittant horizontal lines on the screen including main menus, but 720 is fine (not a major problem)

2. Videos on xbmc are a bit jumpy, but that could be down to what version of xbmc i have installed.

3. The wireless keyboard/mouse loses connection then i have to pull the usb dongle out then back in, then it works again.

Also i installed custom flycast firmware, but got horizontal lines intermittant no matter what resoloutin i was set to.

Hey! Glad to hear it! Unfortunately, for now I own only 1 MK809III with more/less stable 1080P ROM and do not want reflashing it 100500 times. This is your standard 1.9a + kernel3. It works only in this sequence for me. At first I had flashed it with the standard 720p and then injected the 1080P kernel separately. Otherwise it turns 1920x1080p 60Hz and I'm loosing the video output. For some reason only 1080p@30Hz was working passably at both MK's I had. BTW, does anybody have the same troubles with the rev.3 hardware? Or this is only my misfortune?

Anyway I'm going to order 2 more pcs (of shit) from the same supplier, then will have ability to test the new Beta.

Had statering issue with the 720p kernel on mk809 iv with the latest wifi. I tried to use 1080p kernel and problem went away. The only problem i see so far with the launcher. It does not display properly with the 1080p kernel.
Neomode please fix this in your next release. Thank you.

same here, workin ok with 1080p kernel.. others makes video flicks or slow..
icons and text pretty small.. better with 720p kernel, but bad video..

Also one suggestion. Maybe you could have 2 separate download links for the roms in this thread. One for the MK809III and the other one for the MK809IV with the new WIFI. I know you separated them but it seems like both models are discussed in this thread not just MK809 III…
