sorry but no, the problem is with overlay. if you turn it on it doesn't work properly and if turned off just have sound. workaround, use YouTube mod.

I keep getting an error saying I'm running out of room but when I go to storage it says I have plenty I'm not even half way. But NAND flash is almost full I have moved everything it would let me over to sdcard and it doesn't seem to change I still get the error. I have cleaned junk files and such still no change.

I have very little on the box.

I see that I can't seem to get anything on the internal memory only the NAND flash. The other never has more then 509 mb on it and I have all this empty space. How do I put apps on that part.

I am pretty sure that this kernel
kernel_cpustock_gpu798h_ddr720.img_quickflasher

makes the minix x7 mini reboot every 4-5 minutes after boot.
I now installed a kernel with only a DDR oc of 720mhz.
let's see.
I got no logs, but it should be easy to replicate for developers!

Try to flash stock cpu,stock gpu,stock ram. Overclocking is different on every cpu, gpu, and memory.
If you find this "triple stock" stable then try a kernel with just OC on CPU. Most of times reboots are due to memory overclock.

I run the 1800/798/720 kernel and have no issues so far. Have left boxes on ran Xbmc and crackle watched a movie and no issues. I first did the 1704/798/720 then noticed it never got warm so I upped it and installed a CPU z I thik it is that says if the processor gets hot it turns down the speed.

Got it! Try this. It should work. Now, on every boot , the "connect to pc" is disabled by default.
Flash it by quickflasher, then reboot. Connect to pc should remain disabled, if you activate it through settings->usb it should be disabled on next reboot.

I am having some real issues with this. I have 3 minis that when they are unplugged from power lose all settings and default back to the quickshot wallpaper and stock launcher. Also when that happens XBMC doesnt start up with all its settings it looks like a new xbmc with no addons.

So im not sure why this is happening but i have about 10 of these and 3 of them do this. Its driving me bonkers here trying to figure out why.

when a power lose occurs the partitions are not cleanly unmounted then sometimes data is lost. So, try to power off them using the reboot app and see what happens.

But I also have issues with them crashing back to the default launcher and quick shot wallpaper when using apps and I have to go back in and change the launcher and my live wallpaper back. Would that be in the box or something else? I mean I have lots of these boxes and 3 are giving me fits. Rest are fine
