i just booted up with d33 kernel(720p). everything seems great except in rkremotecontrol app it can't detect my device,i even try to restore the original build.prop file but still it can't detect is there any more steps after installation i have to follow or if you can can you please share the version of rkremotecontrol app you are using. i'll b thankful t you for that .

We will have to work on RK Mirroring (remote control). Right now the .ko modules from JB wont insmod on KK kernels.
We don't have sources for that so it will have to wait for RK to fix it.

I think you have answered *MY* question but it was in reference to the RKRemoteControl_2.0.2.apk that came with 1.5a. Pretty sure everyone else ment this too....

So we wait for RK....

KK 2.0 also doesn't seem to be able to remember, when it re-boots or powers off, that I have told it to turn off the physical keyboard and my onscreen KB is getting beat up by it Each time I start the T428 I have to go to settings and turn off the wifi Rii mini KB I have as I leave the dongle plugged into the USB hub. 1.5a didn't have a problem with it. Just sumpin' else I have to remember to do if there is a power outtage or I shut it down.

I have probably missed it, or in currently in a state of denial. But, except for the kernel, what makes a T428 a T428 rom and not a CX919 rom?

Someone suggested me to use latest pipo m8hd kitkat on my CX919 for the best kitkat experience. Haven't dared that yet though.

I mean, obviously, kernel is different, but what else?

Very new to android sticks

I just bought an mk908, i installed the finless 1.7a without a hitch. Can this rom be flashed to an mk908?

Anyone have the issue when trying to flash 4gb or 6gb space that the rom when it goes to boot just hangs at the finless red text and wont boot up. Default 2gb works fine. I have the original t428 and am using the right rom and 1080p setting.
