Just used the overclockomatic_kk script to overclock the AP2610t kernel to 1604, works ok but only have 3 steps for frequency now, is this normal.

It is normal for the tool. The author, PHJAnderson, coded it that way to reflect the fact that, unlike in tablets, there is no need to conserve power. Scaling is much quicker with fewer steps.

If you want the full compliment then just amend script.

My cx 919ii has a rk3188T cpu. Is it possible to overclock the ram or are they locked? Im only able to overclock the cpu nothing else

My kernels are CPU and DDR RAM 'unlocked'. You can check the DDR used in the DMESG log if you want confirmation

                Hi,
I have a few problems with the new kernels.

my modded tv stick worked with V1 kernels
but with the V2, it crashes a lot
also the HDMI zoom feature seems to be not working and the screen is 3% to big to fi on my panny tv !

                ciao

                  test-kernel-j22_cpu1608h_gpustock_ddr720.img

Im always getting the same antutu score thats why i have asked. Normally the antutu score should be higher with a overclocked ram. Am i right?

I'll release a 2.01 version tonight to fix all the above

Wierd. Did you check DMESG to ensure the RAM speeds are different? The DDR changes wait states at 533 and 667 and so the stock will be quicker to repond but with lower bandwidth. THe 720 clock will have higher bandwidth but slower response. The net effect is generally positive to around 720, above that the latency increases decrease overall performance despite the increase in bandwidth.

                        Hi d33

Can you make kernels from Omegamoon's new 3.0.101 source for devices on JB?
Generic Rockchip GPL Linux Kernel. Contribute to omegamoon/Rockchip-GPL-Kernel development by creating an account on GitHub.

It has support for building mali drivers not the already binary compiled ones.
                        It supports more wifi drivers.
It includes loads of fixes/improvements that aren't available in the KitKat sources.

                        Thanks

Ok, found that sentence in test-kernel-j22_cpu1608h_gpustock_ddrstock.img. Now i will flash the oc kernel.

Found also a sentence: ddrfreq: change freq to 445 mhz when normal. Whats the meaning of?
                              Antutu scores about 17800.

                              In the overclocked kernel test-kernel-j22_cpu1608h_gpustock_ddr720.img,
                              i found ddrfreq: normal 720MHz video 0MHz video_low 0MHz dualview 0MHz idle 0MHz suspend 198MHz reboot 222MHz
                              Antutu scores about 18000

I gained only 200points, thats really weak. Should it be more?
