Here's the full suite compressed up and ready for everybody. Interestingly enough they are actually smaller than d33's original zip (thank goodness for 7zip). Big thanks to d33 for his amazing work!

The link (which is broken) is targeting "6210", not 6120, which makes sense.
@ noderat: Could you update the broken link with:

And fix the name from 6120 to 6210.

Whoops! Okay guys I shouldn't do work at 4am. It's fixed now.

I do have the strangest thing. I opened the case of one of my J22/CX919-II and it showed that I got the RK3188-T. But when I flash this RK3188-T kernel it will only boot up once and after that I keep getting "No Display". When I install the RK3188 normal kernel I get display all the time. Any idea how this may occur?

So:

1. Both show sound initialising (KK -> asoc: rk-hdmi-i2s-hifi <-> rk29_i2s.1 mapping ok)
2. I can't see ethernet via USB hub in either DMESG!
3. I can see this -> <4>[ 2.086881] enter vmac_probe <6>[ 2.087206] rk29 vmac rk29 vmac.0: ARC VMAC at 0x10204000 irq 51 ee:18:2b:91:f1:4a

Okay - I can see it is a special code switch that is associated with RTK8188EU. Will add in and post a 'special' kernel for you to test.

1. DDR overclock makes more impact than CPU/GPU
2. It seems you cannot hold 1.8 stable so don't use.
3. I'd suggest 1.7 CPU 720 DDR 600 GPU

Couple of questions
1. Does this kernel have oc'ed RAM and GPU as well?
2. Is there a way, to change in some file, so I can adjust the OC?

1. Both show sound initialising....
It's something weird because I don't have sound right after the boot but it can appear in 1-5 minutes.
2. I can't see ethernet via USB hub in either DMESG!.....
Do you mean external ethernet to USB adapter I mentioned before? I didn't use it when made both DMESG.

I'll be glad to have this "special" kernel for testing
