Kitkat Kernels for All (well most!)

Nope, everything works nice except the boot issue.
Edit: I am using this rom http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...-for-Ugoos-UM2 atm with d33´s v4 Kernel. Works great so far.

Is it possible to make a t kernel without oc possibility gpu and ddr to avoid the boot issue?
The default clock of the kernel should be 1.6 ghz / 720 DDR / 600 GPU.

Is it the same as yours? Both version 0.95.

Also some dutch video streaming apps aren't working, but since you're from germany you might not have experienced those problems. For example NPO and rtl xl app.

Edit: Tried the 0.95 kernel you mentioned. It's the same as the one I posted. This rom does screw up 2 important dutch apps. Also bluetooth does not seem to be working. Grrr. such frustration to have to test all kinds of roms and not being able to find a rom that works good with kernel 4.0. And all these new roms all have the scaling bug.

I use wasser firmware:
K-R42 wasser based on android 4.4 kikat - version 0.92

and oc kernel:
kernel_RTL8188_v310 -> "kernel_t_RTL8188_HD_v3.10_cpu1800h_gpu798h_ddr800 " = reboot issue
kernel_TVBOX_400 -> "kernel_TVBOX_RT8188_VMAC_cpu1800h_gpu798h_ddr 800" = sound issue

Where i can find kernel with oc: cpu1800h_gpu798h_ddr800 without issues?

Try to change K-R42 wasser based on android 4.4 kikat - version 0.92 to wasser-firmware-t-r42-new-0.95. Then you can use this
kernel_TVBOX_400 -> "kernel_TVBOX_RT8188_VMAC_cpu1800h_gpu798h_ddr 800" = WITHOUT sound issue, if you don't use sleep mode(sound and LAN disappear after wakeup).

I'm reporting this kernel is working GREAT on my MK809iii clone (GT318) with Neomode's CR3.1 KitKat Rom. Neomode's kernel only reach 1.4Ghz, meanwhile D33 get 1.6Ghz (RK3188 default). As far I tested, everything is going fine, but my DDR-RAM is reporting 1GB usage limit from its 2GB default ... could that issue be possible to fix?

It isn't OCed(1608/600/ddr720), but doesn't have any issue and works great, even blue/red LED

I noticed this switching OFF problem too.
While we are waiting for OC kernel by wasser you can use V4.0 for TV Boxes OC d33's kernels from this post

Be ware that 1704/800/800 has better GPU(2D+3D) performance than 1800/800/800. Total score isn't important when we speak about perfect video streaming.

For me the no gpu overclock works fantastic and everything works as it should so i have no need for further overclocking.

If you noticed there two link for OC kernels V4.0 for BOX. I have downloaded both of them. I don't remember from which of them I flashed my box at first 1800 and after 1704 kernel, but I don't have sound issue and I'm watching movie right now.

But after I had flashed hundreds of combination, I obtained my personal opinion.
If 2D+3D less than 4500, I experience some trouble with playing definite movies from my collection.
I mean high bitrate BD quality m2ts container with VC-1 or MPEG-2 codecs and 5.1 DTS 1,5MBps sound tracks while I stream them through the net(not local USB HDD).
That's why I prefer to have 2D+3D about 5000

Yeah its really a case of finding out what combo works best for you.

Even with the same device we are getting many differences..(memory, cpu,gpu differences)

My one MK802IV V-T overclocks better then many non T versions and my other one hates a gpu overclock but otherwise behaves much like the first.

Yet my MK802IIIs was about as stable as Lindsy Lohan

Just to darn many versions of memory, components and the like go into these things for just one combo to work perfectly on all.
Iam getting more then a little annoyed by this and figger my next upgrade shall be something like something like the vega s89 and just avoid rockchips manufacturing practices.
