My way works you know.
I done it several times.

Flashtool of 4.4.2 just erase nand.

Then load flashtool of 4.2.2

Just press run and not erase nand.

It will go into maskrom mode.

Then you can erase nand on 4.2.2

After that run quickshot v2

All is well....

flashed on mini version, used in LAN mode (wifi appears not to work but dont mind...)


Every thing is ok, I am looking for an app to put in sleep mode instead of using stock remote.

This ROM is not for the Neo x7 Mini.... the mini uses different wifi/bt chipset. They haven't released a QS3 ROM for mini yet.

My last post was not based on experience ... it is based on technical knowledge I've gathered here about the hardware differences in the Minix Neo x7 and Minix Neo x7 mini... I own a Neo x7 but I also read the posts in the threads for the mini also.

Sounds easy to do... For now I only miss passthrough with XBMC, the rest of the ROM is perfect for me...

Thanks, we want it too, for now a new libmedia is so hard to do, we are following Stateform work to found how patch the lib with no success. Working on it.

Nice effort guy's but.......

wanted to like it but too many bugs. Setting for sound and screen don't hold after reboot. Apps saying they run out of memory. Home key on A2 remote not working. Going back to 010, Cant wait to see next version though.
