How to upgrade FW By TF card:
1.Unzip the zip/rar file,and copy 3 files(105k4.zip,recovery.img,factory_update_param. aml) to TF card Root directory;
2.Plug in the TF card and Power line,then pressing the button in the AV hole,then press power button,then release button in the AV hole.
3.OK,it will be into update process.

will he 112k also work on the M8 1gb version?

112 - audio detection?

I was wondering if the auto audio detection works with 112, Bluetooth?

I have spdif input to my stereo, nice when I turn in on if it auto detect.

I was on 108 and everything worked great, then I went for 111, only improvement was that I could hide status bar without going in to settings.

I tried to play Prime Instant Video using the Chrome browser after update to 112k4, no luck all I saw was a message indicating devices that work. I have not tried to install an Amazon Prime Instant Video app.

Iv installed this from 108k4 with twrp for 109k4 and lower, after installig 112k4 i can longer boot into android recovery or twrp, just boots to home screen, any ideas? iv been told to reinstall twrp but i cant get into any recovery.

Just reinstall the rom from the update app ..update&backup.

Did noticed recovery was missing from the rom so i would grab the one from 111k.

Edit: seems the download having issues and sometimes cutting off before completion.

The backup from update&backup sadly didnt work, manage to boot twrp from sd, flashed it, restoring to my 108k4 backup and will start again properly.

Ooook, backup and running with TWRP, managed to restore my orginal backup when first got it 108k4, only problem i have now is ethernet will not detect a connection, rebooted modem few times to make sure but nothing... was working fine on112k4.

UPDATE: Launched TWRP from SD, installed TWRP, Rebooted, Installed 112k4, did the wipe, all seems great now! ethernet back, lost bluetooth but i dont mind that as i never used it for anything thanks for everyone who get me through this

I don't know if it is related but I was planning on troubleshooting slow Wi-Fi speeds with an S82B, speeds were much improved after the update to 112k4 and I didn't have to do anything. I am not going to revert to the old firmware to test further but as far as I am concerned, this new firmware is an improvement for the things I do, at least so far.

A couple of minor bugs:

Under Advanced Settings, Dolby is misspelled as Dobly.

The same time error disclosed above, 12:xx is shown as :xx with the MBox launcher.

Since 111k4, sometimes when I suspend my Vega S89 I can't turn it up again, I have to press the power button 5 seconds to turn it off so I can turn it up again. I was hoping the 112k fixed that

I have same problem with 111k4. Actually it is switched on (with blue LED), but no video signal, so u think u cannot turn on again and need to reset.. If you blindly press the IR remote power buttons, you still can suspend it again..

Upgraded to 112k4 for a few days , seems ok ..
I guess this is fixed...?
