Stock Firmware - Beelink S82/M8 - MXIII 1/2G - Official FW Releases from Beelink - user feedback thread

I think the OTA App (e.g. The OTA Updater Setting), has a way to make ADB Backups.
I've not tried it myself, preferring to call that function up through ADB myself.
Just note that this method takes a very long time to complete, and I think you have to use a Password as well for it to work.
Sadly I forgot where I saw that, exactly so YMMV. But, it did seem to Finnish faster... (subjectively) with a simple 1234 Password, the the times I just left it blank.
Then again the times I left it blank, were also the times I wasn't using ADB. Just the Backup Function found under the OTA Updater.

I have MX-III-Android-MX3-TV-Box-Amlogic-S802-Quad-Core 1Gb
http://www.****.com/itm/MX-III-Andro...item2c90651ce0
Is this the same as the OP title, ROM. If I decide to flash latest ROM, will I loss root access? If so, should I use iRoot or Kingo Android Root?
2) I also have SkyStreamX4 Quad Core TV Box Specs
The Quad Core AMLogic S802 2.0 GHz Cortex A9 processor.
GPU: Octa-core Mali-450MP GPU @ 600MHz
RAM: DDR3 2GB
ROM: Nand flash 8GB
Android Version: Android 4.4 KitKat

DOLBY TrueHD and DTS HD: DOLBY TrueHD and DTS HD Bypass through HDMI Interface: Power, 2 x USB, HDMI, RJ45, SD/SDHC/MMC Card Reader

It shows me 25Mb/s - 30Mb/s only (LAN card should have 100Mb/s) I have got 100Mb/s internet connection. Does someone have similar problem ?
The Link Speed, or your Internet Speed. 'Cause those are Two vastly different things.
As long as your Router is capable of 10/100TX... And it should be!
Then you should have a full 100Mbit Link, between the Device, and your Router.
If you have a sh--y ISP (apparently like I have), where the World + Dog are all on (To loosely use the term...) Netflix.
Then it seems like everyone suffers. As normally I'm paying for a 50Meg Line, but since the weather was a bit sh-- last Saturday, I guess most People stayed in that Night. Taking about 50℅ of my Pipe with it.
The next Morning (Presumably while everyone else was still sleeping.), I was able to get closer to my rated speeds again.

I have a quite severe issue with this 111k4 ROM.
My S89h is picking up IR signals from the remote control for my audio amplifier.
More specifically; when I use the remote for my amplifier and press mute, my S89h picks up the IR signal and responds with fastforwarding.
I think the new firmware must somehow change the settings for the IR signal, maybe it responds to a wider frequency range or something like that.
This makes it completely unusable and I had to downgrade back to 109k4Last edited by ASW1; 07 January 2015, 12:35.

difference
Hi,
i am newbie here but i want to ask about the thing that i can not sleep.
I have Measy b4a and im not understand why my wifi signal is going so well with stene´s1983 version 20140915 and not with oman´s 111k4.
I try using android studio and please someone explain to me the difference with these folders in ...system/etc/wifi/40183
and
it could be a problem , right?
Thanks for answering

My Internet only gets up to 50MBs Actually more like 48Mbs after any overhead.
According to my Router its connected at 100MBs though.
The crappy WiFi chip in the 1G MXIII though only hits about 65Mbs MAX though.
I'm using 15m of CAT5e, and my Router is a Fritzbox 7490.
Which has power saving features in it to switch it from GigE down to 10/100TX.
It may be advisable to check your Link Speed from the Router.

If it only one hour its wrong it could be the server itself has a glitch.
For some reason mine wants to go central time rather then eastern which is the zone iam in.
Could be a minor bit of left over data too throwing it off so a total reinstall may fix it.
Or it could be a simple glitch for that time zone with the launcher.
I dont use the media box launcher so i never seen it.Mk802IV Neomode 1.9a original rom 720p
