Okay flashed various versions of TWRP n200, k200 and another. None work 100% So it looks like we have to wait out, for GTQ at least....

News for the MINI MX S905, now with widevine level 3 support in 105L1 stock Rom?
Not pushing anybody, but Openelec is still in early stage and I would like to be on the safe side before heavy modding!

Very Very kind on Your part Abdul, I believe the Openelec fever has caught me hard ! Wanna try it on all my devices ! But I never bricked one, always slowly testing! Thanks again. I will have to do something with MXIII Plus ( beginning 2015, Beelink and Netxeon board, AP6335 as it is written on it ) , only restored to the last 4.2 rom !

Thank you @ abdul for your hard work. I have a question. I have a MXQ S805 with red band and I managed to backup with TWRP. I backed up the system cashe and data. I got 4 folders and in the last folder 12 files. Back up has 2,3GB. Now I would like to flash my box using this backup, but I don't know how to do that. Can you tell me how to do that, step by step, as I am a rookie?Comment

I have an Amlogic AML8726-MX tvbox (gbox/mbox) and having problems with supersu. Want to try flash it from recovery, but need TWRP for this. Is it possible to flash it to my device? If so which image do i need?

hello, my SD socket was ripped from the board (drop accident), anyway, usb slots working OK, does anybody know if i can use USB for flashing, backup, restore, etc. if i flash TWRP not having SD but USB only???

You can certainly use USB in twrp for backup and restore, simply select the USB drive in twrp to find your backups or to use as backup location.Originally posted by rluque35 View Post

I have a MXQ s805 (with red stripe).When i want to backup NAND android with TWRP( boot,system and data backup is failed)..Backup is only successful when i backup system and data. So I don't understand what the problem is?There's no success when I try to run the backup with boot checked, whose size is by the way 0 MB.Data is 1,54GB and System 671MB.Is it possible to flash android box if i dont backup boot?Thank you.

something strange, not sure what exactly is going on with my OTT Square M8
- First try, put recovery.img on the root on SD card, using justMe ROM 1.5 rebooted into recovery it rebooted directly into TWRP no problem. installed it took the SDCard out and no issue going to TWRP
- Then I update ROM to JustMe 1.6c it wont let me boot into recovery, keep showing me M8 logo
- Then I press reset button it took me to stock recovery, then I just booted into JustMe 1.6c and tried reboot into recovery, TWRP is no longer there
- I then again, press reset button and power on the box, it is not just keep showing the M8 logo (M8 logo, reboot, M8 Logo, reboot, M8 logo) through out this I am holding down the reset button and no TWRP.
- tried another ROM same OTT Square M8 box, press reset button and try to go into TWRP, but again M8 logo is keep looping over and over
If I have TWRP recovery.imp in the root of my SD Card, and I try reset button, it never goes into recover, it keeps on looping M8 logo
If I take the TWRP recovery.img file out of root of SD Card, and try reset button, it goes into default recovery no problem.
Also I did wipe everything as I wanted clean update install of JustMe 1.6c, so I wiped everything, except external SD Card, just as I do when installing a fresh custom ROM on my Android phone with TWRP
Abdu/JustMel and others, do you guys know whats going on here? how can I get TWRP as recovery again, like i did on my very first try. This behavior started when I was updating to JustMe 1.6c.
