Kszaq Thanks again for all the hardwork, 6.95.1.1 Is running great, but as soon as I update to the 6.95.1.3 or 6.95.2.2 I get an audio sync issue with my live pvr streams. I am using nextpvr, and upon downgrading back to 6.95.1.1 everything is in perfect sync. Once again thanks for your hard work that you put in to this, I know I am not the only one that appreciates it.

Hi! I have a TV box MXQ "All Black". *** CPU - Z info : Model : MXQ ( m201 ) Manufacturer : MBX Build ID: KOT49H.20160111 test-keys *** Unfortunately There isn't Bluetooth support in the settings. With openELEC (or another firmware) can I use a USB dongle for bluetooh support? (I have a gamepad and a bluetooth headphones). Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your support sammaz and excuse me but I'haven't understand your post
I'm new, I just bought a tv box and sorry also for my bad English.
Anyway, with the original firmware I tried with 2 usb bluetooth dongles but nothing happens and in the settings of my TV box I have only WIFI and Ethernet and I can't activate bluetooth because...there isn't any bluetooth option.
If I buy a GMYLE bluetooth dongle, my TV box then works without doing nothing or I also will have to change the firmware and/or install OpenELEC for bluetooth support?
Thanks again in advance and sorry again for my poor English.

These usb dongles work with v. 6.0 +
For your MXQ you should download this file :
http://s805.eu/releases/6.95.2.2/SD/....95.2.2.img.xz
1. Extract that file so that you have the .img file.
2. Then write the .img file to a SD card using this program :
3. When the image has completed writing to the SD Card, place the SD Card into your MXQ and use the toothpick method when booting.
4. You will watch the Openelec format and install.
5. System will reboot and run Openelec from SD Card. When you want to boot to android...just remove the SD card. So this way you have dual boot.Last edited by sammaz; 14 April 2016, 01:04.

kszaq, would it be possible to add something into onto the system so that unless a particular button is pressed on the remote / kb / mouse it will boot sd otherwise it will boot to nand? I know you have the option to reboot to nand from oe but if android reboots after installing something (using an xposed module) it will boot oe first then you have to reboot to nand from there. Just a thought to try and make the most out of a dual boot function.....All Black MXQ

Wow! sammaz great news for my TV box!
Thanks for your detailed message!
I've asked for help in various Forums and no one has been able to give me a definite answer and you've written exactly step by step in a single post and in a simple way!!! Thank you sammaz, thank you very much!!!

When I press "Shutdown", after the pause around 5 seconds my skin reloads
I press "Shutdown" second time and sometimes skin reloads second time and sometimes MXQ shuts down.
Just now first and second "shutdown" just reload skin after the pause and only third time shots MXQ.
Thanx.

This needs modifying u-boot and I don't want to do that (= bricked boxes). Some time ago I spent some time trying to implement it with current u-boot functions (aml_autoscript) but it didn't work at all.
bordiart I have a working workaround for not being able to select 50/24Hz. I'll post it in the evening, when I get back home.

Maybe cyx firmware isn't what you originally had when your board came from the factory? Or Guest was lucky to accidentally get a board with 2GB of RAM.
Short answer: no.

kiwi_man82 I had a white clone MXQ with 2gb ram as a sample and it was a piece of crap including the Android rom it came with.
I flashed the following rom.
I then flashed Nand OpenELEC-Amlogic.HD18Q.arm-6.95.1.3.
If you flash DO NOT PANIC WHEN FLASHING OPENELEC AFTER this Android rom. Just hold the Tooth Pick in the box until you see MXQ splash then let go.
It can take up to 3 minutes.
AT YOUR OWN RISK as i did not give a shit what happened to that thing.
