need some help

1. how can i change keyboardlayout to "qwertz" ?
2. in the button right corner the is my wlan with the mac 00:00:00.... why?
3. has the ROM no BT support?
4. my stick will only boot if I give him power over the OTG port.only the power port is not enough for the boot. after the boot I can take the power of OTG port and the stick continues. why?

Now i have test several cables and power supplies always the same.
I also go back to the old rom. also the same.

Does at least one of those power supplies have 5V 2A output? Everything less than 2A is known to possibly cause problems.
And no this rom is for the MK808, not MK808B and has no bluetooth support.

Depending on which ROM you download it'll also support BT. As the topic says MK808 all models. That includes the MK808B and it's clones.

Bluetoth support is difficult to add to the rom, actually i think that any rom has 100% suport for BT dongles, it only works sometimes, and sometimes not.

I Use the power supplies that i get with the stick and which function was okay until i use the new ROM ^^

When i plug it in to the OTG Port he boot immediately without anything else.
But when i do this i can't connect an usb-stick with music, movies or so

Timing power RK3066

Hi Bob, i'm new here I received my pendroid earlier last week. I've flashed THE rom to the 1.7c and it works well except i have troubles connecting to my wifi. Authentication issues. Would this be THE issue of THE antenna wiring or did i use THE wrong rom. Pls help me out thanks.

Does it see and connect with your router?

If so I have never heard of an issue with authentication. Did it connect OK with the stock ROM?
Is your wifi WEP or WPA2. Some ROMs do not support WEP.

Also you have rebooted at least once since the ROM flash correct?

Ahhhh maybe the characters that are not standard a-z, A-Z, 1-0 is causing a problem. The Android OS my not support the "exotic" characters. Can you change the WPA password?

Hmmm well it's possible the stock ROM I used for this cant support some of the characters in the password.

To find out what is happening pull a logcat file using ADB or a terminal emulator in Android from Google Play.

Do this in the terminal emulator:
type su
type logcat -c (this clears the huge logcat file)
now try to connect with wifi and wait for it to fail.
then type
logcat

Look at the log and see what is failing.

Like I said... not all ROMs are the same. I used the NeoX5 ROM as a base for this ROM. So maybe it does not support the exotic characters. You might try my 1.6 ROM and see if that works as that is based on the stock MK ROM.
