reinstalling the app didn't fix my problem

Sorry it did not fix that for you .

I force stopped all the video related apps in Settings -> Apps , and uninstalled the YouTube app, before downloading the YouTube app again from the play store.
Maybe you need to do that ?

The launcher on my MK808B is more user friendly than that on the X2. Are there other launchers available for the X2 ?

Also , there seems to be no way to stop apps other then to enter settings to force stop.
When i use my wireless Keyboard to switch apps (ALT + TAB), all the apps that I think I've closed are still offered as options.
So it seems like they are still open and operating in the background.
( A user manual would have been an asset ).

          Great box otherwise

I installed google play services to be able to use Youtube, but now everytime I turn on my box I get a notification about google play services error.
Does anyone know how can I fix it or why am I getting that error?

that's a very common error, just clear cache, reboot multiple times

How do I clear the cache? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, found how to on a internet tutorial, will try it when I get home.

                    It worked, thanks again

You're right - it can't be uninstalled ! Only clear data, clear cache and disable. Now I'm puzzled
I was sure I had uninstalled it !
I did install an additional youtube app from the play store - didn't like it and then uninstalled it.
Maybe you can uninstall from within the play store , having installed it from within the play store ?

I did install Nova Launcher from the play store, but it's not any more useful than the existing launcher.
Is there any one that you would recommend ?

Does anyone know what camera BeeLink X2 supports? I tried couple USB webcams but "failed to connect camera" when I clicked on "CAMERA". I am thinking to use "Skepe" with BeeLink X2. Thanks.
