Some streams have a green bar on top. Not all, most don't. Didnt figure it out yet. Wasn't bothered because there were plenty streams.

Is this in Kodi?

If so, I would guess that you are using 15?

If so, try 16 Alpha 2 monthly snapshot and the green bars will be gone.

Mine has been shipped from Geekbuying and should be here next week. I will be testing NextPVR server and client both on this box, I am pretty sure it will make a self contained DVR. Next I am going to test plex server to see how performs, I doubt this box will be able to handle it.

From the comments I see that DTS and Dolby 5.1 HDMI passthrough seems to work. What about DTS-HD and Dolby TrureHD?

If you give me a link of a sample file with DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD, i can test for you. My AV reveiver is pretty old, but it seems it is able to decode it : http://www.uk.onkyo.com/en/products/...ml?tab=Details

I think that you are being way too pessimistic and not thinking about the real world use.

If I sat in my parked car and put my foot flat on the accelerator for 15 minutes I would expect my engine to get very hot indeed but that won't ever be a condition that I would expect in day to day use.

So by the same token I would not expect the X5 to be stress tested in the same manner for long periods.

It's just a synthetic test.

On a day to day basis, with an average of 8 hours use a day mine doesn't put a foot wrong and to me that is the real test of something that is ready for market, the fact that it does exactly what it says on the tin.
