I just received my X2 today, and updated to the latest version. (System Update updated to 201K, then 202K appeared immediately after finishing the update process.)

I have the same issue as Kaufman, since I use a SPDIF passthrough for my 5.1 surround system.

With passthrough off, video playback is smooth, and I get 2.0 sound. With passthrough on, the 5.1 digital light lights up on the surround system, but the video stutters a bit.
It is a fairly predictable stutter, where it plays smoothly for about 2 seconds, then freezes for a few frames, then plays smoothly again for 2 seconds before freezing again briefly, etc.

I also notice that the pitch of the sound is lower on the passthrough audio than the downmixed (the voices sound deeper, the music a semitone or two lower), though the audio stays in sync for either mode. I think the downmixed pitch is the correct one, so that's quite odd that the passthrough audio pitch is lowered. I suppose this may be connected to the video stuttering.

The new firmware for the red light issue fixed my problem but the 1080p ui is gone
youtube resolution is capped at 720p without the 1080p ui

Allwiner will keep pace with new kodi, they have a specialized kodi team.
Now H64,next generation of H3, with 64bit android will build kodi 15.x

That is about time, you need to port the kodi 14.2 fixes to kodi 15.2...
Did have a look on the logcat o posted on the other thread?
Btw enable xbox360 driver on the kernel... and use my kcm and kl files...
Its nice to see a factory giving support to their product for a change...

And i just want to make a suggestion TRIGTOP, the Custom Kodi 14.2 CedarX Hw acceleration made by superceleron works very smoth and very fast. Can you put this option with your Kodi? And if you can put support for Xbox 360.
