OK Clarkss12, that wait must be excruciating, I will be out to the cave in about an hour, I will downgrade my box and capture the OTA this time, and the send it to you. Hopefully I am able to get the OTA again.

Very nice of you to offer, but I would feel guilty if something happens to your box. And how are you able to download that file, but I can't??????? Are yo doing something special?

I do not like OTAs, I see more problems associated with that method. If you don't mind doing it, I think you should use the Android Tool to reflash your box. BTW I do not mind small incremental OTAs like the one you have been trying to DL, more of a patch really.
If you do not want to, attached is the latest incremental OTA. It took all of four seconds to have the Update app download it, so something is not right with your setup.
Place the attached on the root of the home directory, then select manual update from the WirelessUpdate app and it should see the OTA.zip file. If not, rename the file to update.zip, place it on a flash drive or SD card, the box should see it after a minute and ask if you want to run it. If not leave the flash drive or SD card in place and power cycle the box.

It did not like that file, even tried changing the name to update.zip, still no go. Do you see any improvement?

Previous to reflashing tonight to get the OTA.zip to attach above, 2hrs37min no reboot playing content where reboots happened before. It will be a couple of hours from now before I know if all is well after reflashing. BTW, the OTA.zip file I attached went off without issue, so I still think you may want to consider the USB Tool reflash.

When you say it did not like the file even after renaming the file to update.zip, did you place the file on a flash drive or SD card and see if the boxed asked you to install it(independent of the update app)? Also, reboot the box to see if it finds it then. Or did it fail from recovery?

Now I remember that I tried to connect to my computer before. It won't connect...... Which USB port is the OTG port? The one next to the "reset" or the opposite end?

The USB port next to the SD slot is the OTG port. Also Make sure to use the RK Driver Assistant version 4.4 not 4.1 prior to attempting the flash, it only need be done once.
Using the RK driver assistant version 4.4, remove the driver and then install the driver.
Once done, remove the R-Box's power supply cable. Start the Android Tool 2.3.
From the second tab of the tool, load the firmware image. Connect the USB male-to-male cable to both box and PC.
Use something to press the reset button, while holding in the reset button, press the power button for about 2-3 seconds, release the power button, but hold the reset button until the tool recognizes the box(One Loader Device Found), once the box is recognized, let go of the reset button and click Upgrade. When done, replug your power supply and then disconnect the USB cable.

BTW, if the box boots and does not get recognized by the tool, unplug the USB cable, wait 5 seconds and try again with holding the reset and pressing the power button part.

This is nowhere near as complicated as it sounds. Once you have done it, you will see this.

Tried your method exactly, but still does nor recognize my box. My RK3368 box connects right away. The only way to get my Beelink RK3288 to connect is to short two pins on the memory chip.

Is your box connected to your TV and computer??

I have dozens and dozens of times, connecting my computer to these Android boxes, Rockchip, Allwinner and Amlogic, and this box is one of the worst for connecting to my box.

Yes, during the procedure, my box is connected to an AVR connected to a PC monitor, and PC.
If the LED is not red when you connect the USB cable, repeat the procedure but omit disconnecting the power supply. My USB M-to-M cable has all pins connected, straight thru. I know some omit the 5 volt lead.

Yes, and I hear my computer making a connection everytime I connect or disconnect. It can't find the drivers..... My RK3368 connects instantly.

The male to male USB cable, I received with one of my earlier RK boxes.... So, I know it works.
