Does anyone know if it is possible to plug in 2 external drives to this and transfer files between them?

There should be no issue as there are multiple USB ports to support drives/sticks.

I've done it between external hard drive and USB flash drive.

what is normal CPU temp ? Mine is around 65-75 Celsius
