thanks a user on xda gave this to me today but it's a X9 device Fw, just a v106 with few bugfix i did it yet in mine.

1. Download the archive https://yadi.sk/d/94s27z7L33Uxuf
Select any video file!
2. Rename the video file in the "bootvideo", the extension does not specify (empty file extension).
3. Copy to Folder
\ System \ etc \
We confirm the replacement (if necessary, who is there before you can rename the file).
3. Expose the permissions 644 (rw-r - r--), if they are different.
4. In the file
\ System \ build.prop
Modifies the parameter to 1
service.bootvideo = 1
5. Reboot.

In xanny's custom firmware...I searched in system/folder but there is no file as name build.prop....??

Thanks to all for the v107 from X9 device, nothing new from v106 same compile date same system, and so on, just few fixes i have yet in my custom.
On this week end if my cold goes better i will work to finalize a new version.
