Thank you for all your work on this k-r42 device. I want to send you a small donation but when I click on the link it goes to a pay pal site in languages I do not understand. I do not see any way to get it to English. If you can tell me how to correct this or another way to donate to you then I would like to do so.
I am also anxiously waiting for when there is a 1080p kernel for this device.
Again, thank you for all your work and others that have helped you with this. It is greatly appreciated.

How can I update to SuperSU Pro v1.51. Installation over the exsiting fail say its different signature. Also can't remove existing SuperSU, not even with TB. Kindly advise any other alternative methods,

use es explorer to delete supersu from /system/app/
then install the one from market

How can we instal via CWM or Philz Recovery? Can't find any inbuilt Recovery.. Is Philz Recovery for I9300 compatible?

One thing worth trying, is force the k_r42 (not sure how you do this in Android) and the router to run at 100 full. 100 half etc, rather than using autonegoiate

The router should be easy enough to change

Yesterday when i try to connect my CS918 to PC for flashing this custom rom, i plug the usb cable, hold the power button plug , then pc starts installing , then giving error message but not asking for driver, sounds like it is connecting then disconnecting, any fix for it,
also for hdd mounting , my hdd works for 3-4 minutes then disconnecting then connecting again, looping this cycle. isn't it weird?

nope, just flashed stock rom to be sure.... doesnt obtain an IP either on stock rom

Hi LeXXoz, just to share your woes, the ethernet of my K-R42 I just received is not working as well. I haven't noticed the change in the MAC address at restarts, but I can't even seem to save the static IP configuration. I am still on the stock 4.2.2 rom, which is what it came in. Let you know if I have any luck fixing this.

is your usb debugging on as it should be?

have you tried using your HDD through a POWERED USB HUB?

i have tried 2 different routers

a 3com 100 Mbit router, and the default router built into my modem

both arent working, seems like it that the hardware is faulty

for my MK808 i have seperate drivers for the USB to Ethernet adapter (White one) can i use the driver from the MK808 as custom.ko ?

was something like mk3780 or something ?

at work now so i cant check exact filename, but you had it in the file with modules for the mk808

toninght ill be doing the DTS test, since i flashed back your rom with the mods

modules i my mk808 package are for kernel 3.0.8 so it dont work.
check if module you use on mk808 is in modules package from first post here.
if its there it will work. remember to reboot device 2 times so custom can copy and insmod.
