1. Download the file m8s_OTA_20180205.zip. 2. Dump the file on the SD Card preformated at fat32 preferably on the Box. 3. There is a small hole (reset through a paper clip) on the bottom of the Box. Press the clip button inside the console and hold it. 4. Plug the console into the socket. After the Mecool Screensaver we get to Recovery. Release the clip from reset. 5. Select the update from EXT -> update from sdcard -> yes option in the menu. After installing the firmware, reboot the console - Reboot system now. The second way: go to the Update. Select Local Update, find the firmware on the SD Card. Press Update Box itself reboot and will prefix the console.

i just bought the box m8s pro 3 / 32gb is i have two problem:
1- the play store tells me the error (incompatible application) and I want to change the paly store for all Android devices and I did everything to install but failed.

2- I have a Sony Bravia 40kdl400 and the problem that every 15 min it displays colors pink / green /

The "L" version will work on your box. The only difference between the Pro and the Pro L, is that the "L" supports Widevine level 1, and the Pro does not (but I understand that the new Pro boxes now support the Widevine level 1 ).

Last time I tried flashing M8S PRO L firmware on a M8S PRO, I bricked it and had to resort to shorting pins to recover. The bootloaders weren't compatible.

1. Where did you see M8S Pro L - this OTA Update is exactly for M8s Pro without L.
2. And where did you see PC - only to download the suitable files. If it is more easy for you - download them with your box!

This is an OTA Update, so if you have earlier version of stock firmware for Mecool M8S Pro, you can flash it via TWRP.
