i used ROCKCHIP RK3399 MACTCHBOX H96 MAX .FIRMWARE 7.1.2. thanks you all, i decided to give up and request to my seller will exchange this unit, i feel its a faulty deviece since day one, i had this only for last 15days , taken back to store tommorw and exchange it , thanks you scootter 2014 and gefattern , i will come back tommrw to update you. thanks

only for Soundproblems with one Rom ??? , u never tried if the Sound Problems are the same with the MM StockRom or

any other CuRom , like the one of Superceleron .

just to update MY H96 MAX RK3399.. They swap with new, but unfortunalty its not compatible with my sony 49x8005c 4k tv? audio comes out but when i closed my tv its goes off, and than i play setting and its work, basically its go off and on??

UPDATE., find the exact problem. WHEN I WATCH YOUTUBE AUDIO COMES AND CLIK TO ANOTHER YOUTUBE RECORDING AUDIO GOES OFF , THAN I SWITCH OFF H96 AND SWITCH ON ,AUDIO COMES,,?

h96 max audio sound problem, when i go to movie or any app. I FORCE TO SWITCH OFF H96 MAX BOX AND RESTART, than sound comes please help how do i set?

Have you tried, after losing sound, turn off t.v. for 2-3 minutes. Has the sound returned?

when i switch off h96 max and switch on , my sound works fine.. , no effect if switch off or on tv

so you change the Box and now the same ??? , even with other Roms , did you try it

with one of the CustomRoms that worked on your Box ???

I think it has to do with not really correct "EID values" or somthing like that , stupid

for you but further good luck

No i didnot try new room.because its works fine at the moment IF I SWITCH IT OFF AND THAN ON..its work..basically its works like that.say.first i switch on and play any show and than switch off and switch on and same show comes and its work.so if scroll to other progm its sound goes off than i switch off n on and its work

yes at the moment when ever we wants to watch any programes FIRST WE CLICK PALY AND THEN SWITCH Off and then switch it on and its work like this, so please reply how do I resolved this issue>

Hi atiq33 ,

this sounds like a Power Problem , what Output does your Box use 5V/2000mah ??? , try one with 5V/2500mah or maybe 3000mah , but still 5V ,

of course must the Voltage always be the same . Please report what your Box is using , maybe it gets not enough Power to do the Job , because

the cheap Poweradapters dont bring the exact needed Power . Try and report good luck

i dont think its a power this is my 2nd box with all accessories. but i just checked its 2500mA.

pictures and sound are abs fine, but only problem sound are only comes when i switch off and on again,,,

sound are off again when i moved to other movie or tv chs, and than again i forced to switch off and on again and its works fine untill i moved to other tv ch
