To root, is there an update zip for flashing coming?

Can anyone suggest a method to backup and restore all settings and app data from previous version of the Tom?
I have all Kodi data and data form other programs that I need to restore after a fresh install of new rom.
Titanium not work well with Kodi it give many error in backup data

Everything works great so far with scv4 except my box keeps going to sleep and popping up with a chromecast screen. I looked in the settings but could only find a list of time for sleep and least is 5 minutes. any ideas?

This will backup all data on the Box UPDATE&BACKUP-com.droidlogic.otaupgrade-2.0201411271418.apk Most Amlogic Roms have it, Depends on the Firmware install to where the BACKUP File will be put , If you have an sd card in it I would hope it put it there after it runs and finishes check your sdcard for the file BACKUP make sure it is not Zero Bytes if it is Zreo Bytes then it is in
/data/data/com.droidlogic.otaupgrade/
