well i will not use it to play games (mainly kodi, some youtube, VLC and some apps and ocasional browsing ), but nethertheless i think i will go 4 this one.

can i install it using SD method? (i dont have the usb male to male cable)

Use USB burn method in safest. I think you can use as card but In case of problem you brick your devices.
I think is better to spend 5 euro for a cable

i tried with a cable that i had back home without success (but maybe the cable was just charge, no data).. i will try to order a new one.. since is quite hard to get one on local stores..
but i cant wait that much time to try new one. i will rick it this time! saturday i mean..

well i have tried some launcher apks that i have in my test stick and they all installed and show it..

Superceleron I find how to fix reset physical keyboard bug.
In root / data/ data you have to change permission for com.android.inputdevices from drwx-x--x to drwx--- and com.android.inputmethod.latin to drwx----


In ota seem fix also bug green screen in video.

I was using stock android 7.1.1 & 7.1.2 but on both I was not able to use the microphone.
I had to downgrade my os to 6.0 to get the mic working for google search.

But with this ROM mic and everything is working so great.. Now I have mic support on 7.1.2..

For backup I use Titanium for app e the add-on program ares wizard for all Kodi app (repo add-on settings ecc..)
I update rom by ota in recovery simply flash the zip file. I don't know if it's possible to do it by app (I think yes).
The rom is very stable and very smooth.

that app totally messes with the resolution of the box... not good!
