Installed this rom last week on my h96 pro plus. Works fine except it crashes....alot. well I'm getting alot of freezes. Some reason my tv doesn't detect my box too. I have a Samsung tv and occasional it looses signal from the box. I've noticed it.a few times yesterday. Whether it's a setting on the box I don't know.

@ mattyspurs76, You've given no info about your setup..really hard to help. If your t.v. is 4K, try a different HDMI port (30Hz)?

I have a h96 pro+ aswell and have 0 issues. No freezes or crashes. Works perfect.

Hmm.. that is odd that is doing all that problem in yours.. here all ok as well.
Btw im working on SCV4 7.1.4 (build from source, and no dont ask for the source you wont going to get it)

I've turned off hdmi-cec to see if that helps. Also swooped hdmi sockets. Screensavers off too. Tends to happen when I turn the tv on in the morning. I'll see hownitngoes forms day or so and report back with stuff I've tried as I dotn really know what info I can give you guys

after flashing tho I can't seem to use supersu.. which is quite annoying I want to autolaunch kodi

Still having issue with it.
it's noticeable in the morning. I out th3 tv on but no sources can be found it's as if the signal from The box doesn't get to the tv.

I might reinstall and try again though id have to backup alot of stuff.

after several reboots the rom is working perfectly, including supersu. Tho I'm curious is there a remote.conf somewhere that supports some MCE remote or something similar? I'd like more control via my harmony 900. Like task switching/closing/numeric/alfa keyboard/etc

Question for everyone

Should I flash this firmware to my H96 pro plus. I see a lot of people are happy with this firmware SCV3. I know how to flash

I currently am running 7.1.1 I believe date June 06 version. I am experiencing ZERO problems. The box gets hot but has not shut down or frozen and apps seem to work just fine. The odd crash

My question is Should I still use this firmware instead of the stock that came with the box (even though its working). I just want the absolute best experience from this box.

My box was also getting hot.. that because of the ridiculous heatsink that it cames with.. the only thing to do to fix is to buy a better one from **** and exchange it.
