he Shiningworth bootloader uses a 600x216 BMP (or equivalent number of pixels with different dimensions, such as 360x360). RGB w/ 8 bits per channel.

Well, I'd recommend flashing from USB Burning Tool with a burn package (.IMG file), but you could try a different OTA update.

my test is ok for my ALFAWISE H96 PRO+ 3G 32G i see on grill my PCB is green for the first time i have tried OTA update rom my menu ota and is not ok there s reboot arrived on screen ON BLACK THAT S WRITE SUPERCELERON LOGO ANDROID but after 30 mn nothing appered ; nothing if i boot in recovery mode then i decided to take USB BURNING TOOLS ok there s detected ok
all is ok for this ROM thanks Superceleron for your job at this moment the BLUETOOTH is ok difficult to research my speaker bluetooth

You can't use the OTA update to go from Marshmallow to Nougat builds, since it needs to repartition the drive. Only option is the burn package with Amlogic's USB Burning Tool or Burn Card Maker.

ah i have found solution i have installed version my canal 2.3.01 same prb after i desinstall i installed version 3.1.0.35 old version and now o uf is ok now maybe some prb audio on video but nothing after reboot

I didn't use the OTA update. I use Burn Package with BootCardMaker.

When I was looking at your M8S Pro L TV ROM
Noticed that you forgot to delete ExtShared the gapps package adds GoogleExtShared
also noticed play services updates to no atv version com.google.android.gms (440-)

Think you forgot to move CanvasPackageInstaller to /app or sign it with platform key as well as it's not working

No sure if you all ready know this but just thought I would say just in case.. tried to PM you this but was always an empty message?

CanvasPackageInstaller is signed with platform key and in /priv-app, the same location it's placed on the Nexus Player, and play services is the latest PrebuiltGmsCorePano from OpenGApps TVStock (Android TV version). You're right that the ExtShared is redundant, though, and I'm surprised that the OpenGApps script didn't remove it when it installed GoogleExtShared.

My bad I'd gotten confused with what CanvasPackageInstaller does :/

Have you discovered any symptoms of having the redundant ExtShared app? It's easily fixed, of course, but I'd rather not do another release unless it's causing problems.
