On the Le Potato SBC MX player HW+ is working without bugs. So shouldn't be from this build. See attached.

HW + works but not HW. In HW +, AC3 and DTS do not work through hdmi AV. receiver. HW + does not support passthrough.

Very nice ROM, but unfortunately no Wifi stick is working, but some apps require Wifi. Is an update for Wifi possible via OTA? Thank you for great work.

Levy ROM works nicely on the Le Potato S905X CC (LibreComputer).
Does anyone know which WIFI dongle to use?
For the developer, could you compile with more wifi hardware options. I have some WIFI USB dongles but none seems to work out on the Le Potato.

Hey! Nice work with this rom. But I have a problem. My device is AML-S905X-CC le Potato from libre computer.
When I flash this rom on EMMC module, my first boot works fine. However, when I turn off the system, it doesn't reboot anymore. I have no signal on my screen. An idea?

I apologize if this has been covered and I have failed to spot it...

I have been using my Mini m8s II without problems for ages now, but it has started to pop a message after boot saying "Google Play Store has stopped" which I OK and carry on, but I can no longer get updates for apps like VLC, Chrome etc etc

I have asked elsewhere on this site, but still don't understand:

1) Whether this Oreo build will work with my box (I use a remote microsoft RF mouse with a micro-dongle, and just use VLC to play material from a RAID box on my (wired ethernet) LAN into a basic HDTV via HDMI - so nothing unusual or complicated I'd say. I don't use wifi, but I do use BT sometimes.

2) How to fully back up my existing config or restore the firmware if I brick the unit while trying to upgrade it. I don't have an installation image anymore, for the current software, but I recall copying an image on the microSD card a year ago....

My unit is a minim8s II 2G + 8G with S905X. I am on ROM1.06 and f/w build "p212-user debug 6.01 MHC19J 20161013 test keys", and my device was bought in Aug 2016. It has a diagonal grey log on the case that says "MiniM8S". I am not sure if it is the older PCB or newer type; both seem to exist. Can't open the unit right now.

Any advice gratefully received....!

No Android logo or anything at all. Tried pulling the power and restarting and met with the same results. Tried to boot into recovery and the same results. Any suggestions as to how I can make this work?

burn card maker and the img for your box will get you back up and running ..or USB_Burning_Tool and just jump your chip

The DTB in Lewy's Oreo image only supports boxes with 2GB of RAM. Since your box only has 1GB, you have to change the DTB to the one I posted earlier in this thread.
