Per hcardoso483's instructions, I was able to get my Nexbox A95X Pro back to almost like it came from the factory, using the firmware for the Mecool M8S Pro W. After I bricked my box, I installed the ATVXperience Firmware to get me up and running. It was very good, but I lost my Widevine DRM Level 1 (I knew it was still there, but hidden), and the VOICE portion of the remote did not work.
I tried to install the OTA zip files provided by hcaredoso483, using TWRP, but they would not install (forget what it said). Next, I tried a couple of OTA files for the Mecool box, but still would not install using TWRP, guess it was because I was running the ATVXperience firmware.
Next, I installed Magendanz's modded firmware using the USB Burning Tool (took me several tries to get it to install, kept getting errors). It finally installed, and got my Widevine DRM Level 1 back, but could not get the Voice to work.
Next, i found the original Mecool M8S Pro W firmware from this site ( https://chinagadgetsreviews.com/down...-w-tv-box.html), it was an older version of the firmware and not the ATV version, but was in an IMG format so I could burn it to my box using the USB Burning tool. After I got it installed on my box, it now thinks my box is an official Mecool box. Next, I downloaded a newer OEM firmware from Magendanz's page, copied the file to a USB pen drive. Inserted the Pen drive into my box and using the UPDATE app from Android, I wiped data and media. After box rebooted, took awhile for the firmware to setup, but now I have an ATV Andoid, ALMOST the same as the original firmware..
Now, Voice works, and I have my Widevine DRM level 1 back, so now I have Netflix in 1080p with DD+MK818B, T428, ATV 1220, CS918S, TV01, S89H, R89, ADT-1, MK808B Plus, MINIX X8-H Plus, Tronsmart Orion R68

It was a challenge, Tebor........But I love a challenge.....
I had the feeling that the Widevine Level 1 keys were stored somewhere deep in the bowels of the hardware, and that the right firmware would be able to access the keys. Sure enough, the right firmware was able to use those keys, wherever they are stored.
As many times as I changed firmware's, it did not erase those keys.MK818B, T428, ATV 1220, CS918S, TV01, S89H, R89, ADT-1, MK808B Plus, MINIX X8-H Plus, Tronsmart Orion R68

That's why I'm trying to provide the best android box support in atvXperience.
Your ROM was ALMOST perfect, except for the Widevine keys and the Voice portion of the remote, for my broken Nexbox A95X Pro.MK818B, T428, ATV 1220, CS918S, TV01, S89H, R89, ADT-1, MK808B Plus, MINIX X8-H Plus, Tronsmart Orion R68

From What I can tell, A95X Pro is actually s905x spoofed to tell that it is s905w. That's why your DRM didn't work in atvxperience. Because atvx is made for REAL s905w.
My team engineers found out that it's not possible for s905w to have Widevine L1 simply because the chipset source code doesn't support it.
Glad that you got your box fixedI'm very thankful to you for creating the review videos. The voice didn't work because of a different remote but that's just another thing.
Thanks
Mecool M8S PRO (L-S912 & W-S905W) models support L1 it got Notting to do with chipset, it is device I'd specific you got that right about A95X spoofing check out build.prop it's the same as Google assistant in the beginning when it first became available it was for pixel only devices but if you change build prop you could get it to work now is available as far as lollipop, same is with Widevine keys like it is for elegible device so it's device specific not soc but there is something else that I didn't found yet and for Netflix there is a specific instruction too, with time we will get there...

Well I was cooking this
MEGA provides free cloud storage with convenient and powerful always-on privacy. Claim your free 20GB now
That is level 1 Widevine keys actually only works if you are unroofed but NayamAmarshe say that it won't work coz it's implemented on the bootloader maybe I am seeing things could someone please try that and see if have the same illusion that I have remember you got to be unroofed, I didn't get it to work with root yet

BUT
Widevine can be spoofed and google doesn't mind it because Widevine DRM is 100% free. If s905w boxes have it, they must be using a clever trick to use L1 But surely not the way Google adds widevine in the bootloader and libraries.
Anyway, we are working on spoofing Widevine L1 and we'll achieve it no matter what. As for official atvXperience boxes, they will come preinstalled with widevine L1 because Google has given us the allowance to do so.

Guys for the record.
To meet security Level 1, all content processing, cryptography, and control must be performed within the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) of the device’s processor, to prevent external tampering and copying of the media file. All ARM Cortex-A processors implement TrustZone technology, creating a hardware separation that allows a trusted OS (such as Android) to create a TEE for DRM, and other secure applications.
So basically it's the manufacturers that need to implement the level one in firmware and very few if these devices do. Its present in all Arm devices.... including 905w so that's clear. Manufacturers try to not get done right way that why even some smart phones from Samsung only level 3 example s8 in Canada no net flick HD unless changed in software (latest update provided this)
It's silly that you can watch hd in a browser but not on these devices. Seems few of these manufacture mecool ect found a nitch doing so. A95x pro manufacture wont release software that says it all. Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.

Yahh maybe you should looke at it a little closer to see if it is replied lol some miricals are hard to believe right, it's like the other guy that installed Megamendez Android TV os on the x96 mini seams like it's not possible but yet we got it and FYI I don't have a mecool M8S pro W I got a x96mini like the one you are developing and it's running Megamendez firmware, like the one a95x pro that this guy unfortunately brick using SuperSU and now also is running that very same firmware but of course it's not possible lol... I love this....and we all got L1 Widevine keys but of course it's in the bootloader, just one little detail x96mini has a loked bootload, it's impossible yahhp maybe mine is a fake one hehehehe I really love this...

Your are right again Maitê that's why it's taken from the vendors folder on system it's not soc it's manufacturer but some people don't believe that that's why you need these files and build prop info that I will not post for now cus I wanna see where this goes

I've found a much better way to run netflix in 4k.
Anyway, if you still don't want to believe me, you can go ahead and waste time on a useless thing. I'm not criticizing you or anybody, I'm just saying that Amlogic has made it hard to implement.
and you keep forgetting that amlogic is ARM based, right? Is there a light yet?
